I booked a room 2 days prior via phone call to this Hotel. The room was confirmed and booked by the Reception desk through phone call. When I got to the Hotel, as a surprise the room was not available, nether booked for myself. It was given to someone else. The receptionist was not even able to give us another room or an explanation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BOOK ON THIS HOTEL. YOU WILL BE LEFT WITHOUT RESERVATION AND WITHOUT A PLACE TO STAY. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER. WORST SERVICE.

Worst service ever/ Sherbimi shume i dobet-Do not book

I have been staying in this hotel (named also as Golden Beach hotel) for 3 years in a row). Yhis year i visited it with my husband and my 7 month baby.Firstly, they did not inform me that breakfast was excluded even though the price was almost doubled (every time i had breakfast included). On the third day of our stay the baby got very sick and we had to come back in Tirana. We asked him to leave the hotel in the evening so we could drive on a better weather due to the fact that the baby was having high temperature (of course we would pay for that day eben though we would not sleep there). He immediately found someone else for the room and obliged us to leave the room immediately on 13.00 o'clock. We told him that we would pay, but Andrea (the owner) insisted that we had to leave immediately because someone else would take the room for the next 3 days. He saw that my baby had 39.6 °C temperature, and made us drive 5 hours to tirana on a extremely hot weather (35°C)
Who does that?! I was a regular client and was treated like that, imagine someone else!!!
NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

Great hotel, lovely people, clean rooms, lovely breakfast,helpful personal.Will be back with my Swedish friends.I love this place,city,beautiful beaches.

Very pleased

This is a very clean and modern apartment with lovely views. Great location on the beachfront. I would stay here again. 
Although reception isn't manned all the time, if you press the bell the girl is very happy to help.

Great location

Visited on a hot weekend in May and were the only guests. Were showed our room in 2 seconds and that was the end of the service.  Had trouble locating anyone to check out. As mentioned cash only.  Rooms were clean and wifi worked well.

Nice location, no service

Hotel joined to the Cibo restaurant. Very friendly helpful owner and staff, who helped us out with a few transport issues. Nice big spacious rooms overlooking the sea, with nice balcony an furniture to enjoy the sun. Hotel has its own private area of beach, with sun loungers and shades. Room has a very comfortable bed with clean linens. Plenty of plugs. No hairdryer in room and shower not very powerful. Only one toilet roll provided.  Took bus to Serrander from here, which didn't take too long.
