This place is amazing ! Near to the beach. They have a small restaurant with home made food , with is lovely.
The staff were super friendly and polite. (Special shout to the guy who I don’t remember the name) he was super super nice with us, super happy and friendly. 
This place is super quiet , good for family , our couples. Obrigado :) 

Stay here ! 

We rented a small apartment which sleeps four,  Basic and very comfortable with glorious views from the balcony.  Lovely garden for children to play.  A two minute walk to the beach.  Luiza and her family very welcoming, terrific service.  decision pancakes and local tea for breakfast.

Warm welcome, fantastic value

I never leave reviews, but this small Women-Owned Business deserves all the credits it can get. I stayed in Luiza‘s place with my husband and 2 year old daughter for 5 days. The moment you arrive, you immediately realise that this is a family business. Luiza and her sisters are so nice that make you feel part of the family too. 
The hause had everything we needed and the most important it was very clean. The whole property is very clean and well maintained. 
This place is perfect for family’s with kids. They have a big garden and eating area in front of the house’s, where kids can run free. They have cat’s, chickens, sheep’s and my daughter loved playing with them. All this 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. 
The best part of staying here is the FOOD. Luiza‘s sister makes the best traditional and organic (everything from their garden) albanian food. Even my picky 2 year old daughter eat everything. We were allowed as well to pick all the fruits we wanted from the trees around, like if we were in our own garden. 
We come from Germany and communicating was not a problem. They speak very good English here.
Every time we’ll visit Albania, we are definitely coming back here for 1 or 2 weeks.

A place you will want to come back too!

I don’t even know where to start. We arrive and the owner starts yelling, she doesn’t know how to have a normal conversation. We get the room, it smelled like hell, we had to leave the door and windows open for the whole day. The bed was the worst, and there were bugs everywhere. AC barely worked, so it was very hot. When the AC is on, it makes a very loud noise, so loud that the people staying downstairs asked us to turn it off. It had a non working TV which seemed at least 20 years old. I had to buy remote batteries myself, then I found out the TV was broken. The staff were constantly yelling at each other, it was unbelievable. Definitely not worth the price. We paid 50 euros per night, but I think 15 euros per night is the right price for this place. Anything more is a rip off. ALBANIAN HOSPITALITY IS GREAT, TRUST ME, BUT YOU JUST WON’T FIND IT HERE. Very disappointed.

Very bad, overrated

A very nice place to stay for holidays, really comfortable, I felt at home
The food is genuine and the sea is like no one other.
Even the seen and the food are unforgettable, for sure you will not want to leave

Best in Borsh

Unfortunately we could not stay there as our room was not available due to an unexpected problem. However the lady Luiza did a lot to accomodate us best and keep us satisfied. Maybe we go there next year.

Very friendly and helpful lady

We had booked only for 2 days, but we decided to extend our stay for 12 more days!The apartments are on the ground floors and upper floors. We chose one on the upper floor, every apartment has AC,kitchen equipments, shower etc. The upper floor apartments have more open sea views, but even the ground floor apartments have sea views. 

There is a nice garden here and there are sheep, goats, hens etc in the farm house, so nice even for children to get used to some animals ! Luiza cooks good food on order for the guests. Albanian food or what you want ! She is a hard working, kind lady who takes care of her guests well. No surprises ! We got our apartment cleaned every other day ! Free Wi-Fi, but less efficient on the upper floors, works better on the ground floors and in the garden ! 

The beach is just 200 meters down, very long beach with pebble stones. There are 3 mini market shops near on the beach road where you can buy food items for cooking and other things. There are many restuarants and coffee houses too on the beach road.

We found our stay  very comfortable and quiet under Luiza's care ! We would definitely return if we have opportunity !

Quiet and comfortable stay !

Went to Kompleksi Luiza for 7 nights with 3 other friends in May for the second time this year. And I have to say it gets better and better every year. We really enjoyed our vacation very much. It was very relaxing, service was very good, the view is breath taking.
