The first room we got was so old and rusty with the beds squeaking and dirty toilets. The lights kept going out for no reason so we asked to change rooms.The second one was somehow better until the lights went out on ALL rooms and when we called the manager he was sleeping and disturbed by our call. Also offered us no solution whatsoever so we had to go to sleep all sweaty  because the air conditioning wouldn’t work. 
The food is horrible and the halls have no air circulation so they’re extremely hot to walk in. 
Will never be coming back here. 

Terrible experience. 

Fortunately we had to stay only one night and so we adapted, when we arrived there was no one at the reception (if that's what you can call it since it looked more like the entrance to a palace), then we saw a guy who sent us the owner, our room was on the third floor, the bathroom was small and not too clean, there was little cold water, there was no shower tent so it was lit up and it was without air, the room was very spacious, but that was certainly not a problem, mattress was very uncomfortable, lighting was bad since it only worked with a lamp, the air conditioner was working but the pipe was discharging directly onto the floor tiles which were then discharged!!!

It must be avoided!!!!!!!!

Stayed here last minute as everywhere else had booked up. 
The room was clean and had air con, so no complaints there. 
We went for lunch on arrival. The staff seemed really annoyed about us ordering food, eventually they came back with some microwaved spaghetti. It was disgusting. The swimming pool was filthy, covered in flies and bugs. Clearly not been cleaned in several days. We went down to the bar for drinks later that evening, I was watching football on there television, it was clear i was watching the match and for no reason a staff member came over and turned it off. We then wanted to order a pizza but were told there were no more pizzas left and the kitchen was now closed. I could see around 20 doughballs ready. Staff then served some locals pizza. I can only assume they do not like tourists. We were then aggressively approached by some sort of manager and told to pay and leave. Nasty experience.

Avoid 

This hotel is so cozy with amazing and quick staff who are ready and helpful whenever needed! The view is beyond beautiful and the location is good and safe. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and clean hotel in the Albanien coast! My stay here has been better than expected and I for sure will be back! 

A place for relaxation

Two days in this residence that presents itself on the site, as a 3-star hotel and you don't even deserve one... dirty and smelly, the endless construction and therefore dangerous the last floor... everything bad starting from the beds and mattresses, the dirty banjo the poor and disappointing breakfast, the coffee shop is not included in the breakfast and you pay aside, the arrogant and rude staff! Claim of payment before the delivery of the keys.

That sucks!

The view from the hotel room is great and that's all about the pros of this place. The towels were very old, used and dirty. I asked the manager to change them and he refused, insisting that the towels were changed and washed. The breakfast buffet is miserable. The staff is unprofessional and not helpful. Never coming back.  

Not good 

We stayed with a group for two days and luckily only two days. We arrive in the evening and they give us the room. We come in and we notice that the room is not clean, we check the sheets are dirty... we think about taking a shower but the toilet...ops... broken! After talking about cleaning and replacing the toilet, the waitress is shocked and complains about the hard work done during the day. Breakfast... poor with homemade dishes and no international breakfast.

Quality?

It is the worst hotel I have ever been, well if we can consider it a hotel. The towels were dirty ( used and not washed) the pillows had no pillowcase. The restaurant, speechless they didn't serve us dinner. The breakfast was a bunch o leftovers from last night I suppose.

Horrible horrible

I will not recommend this hotel because the staff was un professional. We were a group of friends and we ask something to eat at 10:00 pm and the owner of the hotel responds in a rude way. These is not the way to speak to a client. We went to relax in Dhermi and pass a good time there. Try something better because those people don't know how to treat clients.

Rude staff

I would never have taken these pictures if the hotel staff had been nice and hadn't mocked us when we were unhappy. This hotel Bellevue has absolutely no free beautiful view! The common areas are ghosts, the rooms are shockingly sober, trash is dragging in the garden, the hotel is scrappy from the outside and most of all the staff is absolutely not professional. He mocks the guests by pretending not to understand and laughing at each other. Never seen this anywhere else. Too bad. We didn't stay in the corner. So much better in the corner for the same price...
