I don’t know where to start. 
The lock to the front door was broken,it completely detached since the moment we arrived there.  it’s VERY dirty and they never come in to change the sheets, there are no nets on any of the windows, and trust me they’re much needed. The bathroom door was falling apart, literally. The fridge doesn’t work, they don’t have remotes for the TV…what else… they have no chairs or sofas, so you have to leave all your stuff on the floor.  They only have a small dresser, without hangers and they fill it with their own junk.

Disappointed but not surprised

Fantastic stay . As we arrived we were greeted and accompanied to our room . My wife wanted to change the room as we had 2 kids and this was accomplished in a swift manner. The manager himself made sure we had all things we wanted. I was surprised to see 3 staff including the cleaner to made to sure we were satisfied. Restaurant on site used a few times efficient and cheap comparison with other restaurants in the area ( advise open the restaurant before 7:30 pm as there is a lot people by the pool and they demand food)

Pool was nice and cleaned daily. 

Pro - good staff/ accommodation/Restaurant 
Cons- a bit far from the beach 

To sum up staff are top and don’t change your attitude as this is what strikes the most in Albania, there is no other places that meet and great like you and meet costumers demands.

Great stay New Managment

Unfortunately, I have to start this review this way: The worst place we have stayed ever and very rude owner and incapable staff.
After we booked through booking, we contacted the owner and notified them that we would arrive after 10 pm at the hotel. We contacted them again half an hour before arrival that was smth. after 11 pm.
When we arrived no one was waiting for us except the guard that was very rude when we asked for a parking spot as it was included in our booking reservation. We had to call again the girl that we're told will be waiting for us which arrives around 15-20 min later. She showed us a “parking space” that was not really a parking space but a corner on the sidewalk. So we had to park halfway on the road and had our car scratched.
After that, she sent us to our room and notified us that the pool (also included on the reservation was not yet opened and we can’t use it).
She asked for us to pay the money at the moment and after that told us that the apartment door lock could be closed only in one specific way or it would not be working at all and made it look like an easy thing.
The door lock was broken and we had to call here every time we had to go in and out.
After that, we went out to came back at 2 am with no free parking space (the residence had some free but locked parking spaces) and no place to park at all. We called again the worker and after more than 1 hour going up and down the hill (yes it was not 300 m from the center another lie) another hotel owner let us park at his hotel parking lot that was also further away from the room.
After that, we had problems with the lock again and the worker had the only solution in her mind "I am closing the door from inside and going out of the room from the window". We were shocked and tired.
The apartment was not as shown in the picture, sheets and towels were very old and used. The room was not so clean. The AC was not working properly and they had a heater (it was a cold night) for only one of the rooms and also that one was not working properly. There were not enough blankets also.
In the morning we had to stay more than 20 min trying to close the door but we did not call the worker.
We only called her later to ask her to find a solution for the parking space and she asked us to contact her before going to the hotel. We did so but we still had to face the same situation, no parking space and no worker there. We contacted the worker again and two of us stayed waiting for her for like 10 -15 min and the other 2 went to had a shower.
The worker was not interested in finding a solution. She was only repeating that was not her fault for the situation and that she can't do anything.
When I was insisting that it was smth we had in the booking reservation and that if we knew that there was no parking available we would not have booked there because we knew that there is a very difficult place to find parking. She called the owner, Rezarta Galica, that was very rude and was shouting on the phone. She was talking nonstop and only shouting. She pretended they made a favor letting us check-in after 10 pm (I can't find a logic at this), and accused us that we were rude because we contacted the worker “too many times” to find us a parking space and to lock our door.
After that, she asked us to leave immediately at 9.30 pm on Saturday on a beach site. We had to leave. We were ready to leave for 15 min (two of us left with wet hairs) and we waited for 20 more min for the worker to return our money (and this only after a heated debate with the worker).

Horrible place

The worst experience I've ever had!!
I was totally disappointed with every detail, starting from dirtiness, irresponsible staff, ending up with no refund for the single night conditional stay, even after endless complaints.
The apartment was not cleaned at all, dirty table, dirty fridge and stove, dirty floor, stained bed sheets, unwashed towels, spider nets, bad smell. Even the room light was not working, we asked to arrange it but they couldn't do it, so we stayed in the dark. Additionally, we couldn't find place to park the car, most of free places where "reserved", and we had to leave the car in the road, outside the yard. In other words, it was a shame. Not worth a penny, compared to the service offered. There are so many other hotels/apartments nearby which offer all the services, are totally clean and even cheaper. 
So just don't waste your time and money because you can for sure find better options than this one!

Terrible hotel

We stayed here for a week in June 2019 during Kala festival which is hosted in Dhermi. The apartment was for four people - one double room, one single in the living area and a sofa bed. It was very clean when we arrived and we were all provided with two towels. The bathroom was fine although the whole floor would get wet after anyone showered. When we had a problem with the hot water they fixed it straight away. There was no kettle but a fridge, oven, and two hobs. Internet worked really well. Comfy beds. We asked mid-week if they would clean our apartment and they were happy to. In general, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The pool area was so nice and well kept, the bar served coffee and drinks but no food. The views are amazing and all of the outside areas are beautiful and well kept. There is an amazing terrace which everyone is able to use with plenty of sofas and an amazing view of the sunset. It's a downhill walk to Drymades where there are plenty of shops and restaurants and the beach down there is lovely. 

Overall served us very well, the room itself was clean and was exactly what we needed. Our stay was not expensive considering the room and facilities.
