I had reservation for 4 nights but because of extra loud music i didnt feel comfortable. I stayed one night but hotel want me to pay 2 nights even they had free cancelation. Also you will not find even a water or fork in the room. The cattle was also doesnt look hygienic to use. Only thing is good view and clean. If you dont want to listen disco music in to your room dont choose.

We stayed for one night organised by Gabby Tours.   We were given a suite on the top floor and so had a great sea view.   Room was clean and modern.   Fast free wifi too.

We were only given one large towel but had several small towels.  We should have asked for another.   

The price of €40 for a night included cooked breakfast in the cafe across the road.   Bargain

If I was going to make helpful suggestions one would be to convert one socket to have a USB socket for charging phones.   The other would be to put a couple of pictures on the wall.

Very good, great hotel suite with two big rooms. Very beautiful wiew over the sea. Nice peace. Close The Saranda City abd the beach. I will recommend. We would hope The breakfast could have been more varied and bigger.  But in every case, very nice people and Palace!

Hotel suite 6.-14.10.2018

Our room had beautiful views of the sea, and the hospitality was great! The suites are located in the center of town just off the main pedestrian street, and they're also very near the bus station (both out-of-town buses and city buses to Ksamil and Butrint). The suite was clean and modern with a modest breakfast and lovely balcony!

Convenient location with great views!

We stayed there for 5 day, booked the top floor. The sea view was amazing, close to the beach on a quite street, second street to the main busy beach street. The owner was very friendly and helpful, helped us on several accasions. Rooms were nice and clean and we had a big balcony. It was my fist time in Saranda, and i liked the city very much. The night life was amazing lots of places to go, buzzing with people. there was a market as well at the beach street had open late, not far from us where you could buy suveniers and stuff. 

All in all i i had a good time and i will rate both the hotel and the city 5 stars

A good place to stay

The breakfast was very poor and it cant even be considered a breakfast. The location does not offer a beach nearby, the street is loud and crowded. You cant stand near the window, since everything can be seen from down under. You always have to keep the curtains closed. There is no parking, although listed in the facilities. The owner and the staff is friendly, the apartment is perfectly clean and the bed and everything else is really perfect. There was not one dirty spot in the whole apartment. Wifi is also very good.

For me it was pretty perfect.  
Excellent, roomy, clean and comfortable apartment, are brand new. We appreciated  apartment design,modern design, comfortable bed, and beautiful view the  Ionian Sea and Corfu Island from our balcony.  
Linens and towels provided - even beach towels (nice touch).A/C and WiFi.
The property manager, Viron P., was great,very friendly and helpful person.
 The owner around the apartments ready to help with the parking, resolve any issue (fruits of cactus was provided within few minutes) or reccomend the best restaurant and coffee. 
 Communication was excellent and he took care of any of our needs.
Very short walk to a beautiful pebble beach with clear water. 
Perfect location they are nearby the center ,the main town promenade,banks, pharmacy, bakery, grocery store - all just five minutes. Down close to the beach, market, restaurants  in a quiet neighborhood.
Recommend taking the bus to the beaches in Ksamil and Butrint historical park, instead of staying in Sarande, they are more beautiful and the bus trip only takes 20-30 minutes 
Overall, great apartment and excellent service by the property manager!
