Perfect relaxed location. Like an island of sanity. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, helpful team that leads you to the best options. Excellent restaurant with fresh and local products and wine

An island of peace in albenia

Enjoyed 7 beautiful days at this Hotel. Everything was perfekt, the room was very Nice and clean, hotel staff very kind and helpful. If you come to saranda i can recommend this Hotel 100%!

The restaurant is a must try!! The food is very good and the atmospher is fantastic!

I Will recommend this Hotel and restaurant to family and friends in Sweden and in kosova.

Great experience!!

Gorgeous little hotel, clean, welcoming and brilliant value for money. We stayed here for 1 night as part of a trip along the coast - we were fortunate enough to have breakfast included which was also fabulous.  Would definitely recommend if you like boutique style hotels at a great price.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel

We stayed here for almost a week, the hotel looks nice from outside and it's nicely decorated to the sea/blue theme.
The rooms are clean but definitely NOT 4* standard!!
We had a room on the top floor(4 floors) with a nice view,there is no lift! (it's a small hotel so not really necessary but just so you're aware), no wardrobe(only a rail with hangers in an open area,not very pleasant), very small TV,simple bathroom, poor wifi, breakfast nice but minimalist. 
Very nice and friendly staff though. 
Restaurant is on the other hand very tasty, quite fancy (prices too :) ) and deserts are delicious. Restaurant would be probably the only 4* there, it's nice.
One beach is very close and it was mostly quiet and emptier so it was fine with us. 
Mango beach was very expensive and cocktails were rubbish.


Close to the see but not 4* accommodation 

The hotel from outside looks very nice, but the area arund is not friendly at all… too noisy and a real mess.
The room was far from 4 stars hotel pretended.
The door to the balcony was damaged, the wc door coudn’t close and it was no key to lock it, the air conditioning was directly to the bed.
Extremely noisy from the restorant in the tarace.
We asked for an additional chair which we got it 2 days later.
The Wifi was very poor.
The breakfast was minimalist - not adapt to a 4 stars hotel.
Considering everything including amnities,  wc, air conditioning, service, parking etc., I would give no more than 2-3 stars.

Disappoited - Far from the expectations

This Place is for Gods not Humans…. The food dhe service unbelievable. We had Salad , Actapod , crab risotto and few other things…omg …  The decor , music takes you in different realities. Beautiful. Thank you. Highly Recommend. Next time its a must for us. 👌🏻🙌🏻👏🏻

Bets of the Best

The hotel wos nice and place of restaurant but the people who mange it were rude.They didn't know to tell goodmorning.The time of morning were 8:00 -10:00.If you went at 8:20 the food were not ready.They change towels one time in week when you ask for it.The food in the morning wos no good.I will never go there.

Vacations

Wonderful place, very comfortable rooms, excellent food , nice atmosphere and great service, smiling faces who makes you feel welcome. A perfect place to be with your family and friends, in which you have to be back.

Best place to be in Saranda

Despite it being a difficult year, we planned and saved for a family trip to get away with our two kids, consciously choosing to support local businesses given the COVID-19 tourism induced coma. 

The hotel looks as nice on the outside as on the Instagram photos. It has nice amenities, and is very close to the sea. Great start.

The joy was however very short-lived. On our first day, my two young children accidentally  removed the lid of a milk jug and spilled some juice on the table. To our surprise and dismay, although a minor accident, not even worth bringing up, the revolted staff were very quick to make it clear that 'kids were not welcome' creatures to their “luxury” home. 

The room was clean, but you cannot really rest, because of the noise coming from the restaurant right below, (which stays open from early morning until midnight). From your balcony, you can actually hear every fork spin.

Despite continuous efforts to resuscitate our holiday over the seven days that followed, unfortunately the Owner and the staff used every opportunity to remind us how ‘unwelcome’ our kids and us were in the establishment, so much so, kids were also told off for laughing, and I was reprimanded by the Owner for having mothered 'such kids’.

Upsetting, groundless and abrupt as it was, I shall not dignify this with a response, yet, I can only recommend you take your families elsewhere to make your summer holidays and memories.

Arrogant hotel Owner. Poor Choice!

We were so glad when we finally found this place! Only really nice food in saranda and great service. a bit expensive in comparison to other places but definitely Worth it for a nice dinner. Beatiful wiew and nice interior
