We booked this place last minute as we were traveling along the south of Albania and I need to say that for our needs! 
We were initially in 4 and booked 1 apartment later we had 2 more friends coming and luckily there was still available another apartment!
The host Dimitri was super nice he waited for us as we were a little bit late! 
The only thing that I need to say is that the sofa bed is not so comfortable but we slept anyway as we were super tired!
We also tried the restaurant near the hotel that Dimitri owns, it is a traditional Albanian restaurant with live music and good food!
I really hope to return there! 

Good for our needs

We had a nice spaceious room with AC in the bedroom aswell als the living room. It was approx 150m from the beach (steep hill tho) 

Dimitri was very kind and helpfull and the cleaning lady even washed our clothes (nice) 

Its on the quiet side of Saranda, and the (busy) boulevard is a 30 min walk

Ps. Cocktail Bar Alexander 400m down Globus has great value for money drinks

Good value for money

The apartment was spacious and very good value with all the facilities you could want including a washing machine.
Initially the location was a challenge but once we realised the building was one street back from the address given we were fine.
The location was quiet and our apartment had sea views.
Pleasant short walk to the main beach and town area
The owners were very helpful
