Rude staff. My friends and I came for the day to use the day beds and beach club. They overcharged us massively by saying we hadn't paid when we had been going up and paying for our drinks as we go! They also add in hidden transaction fees/tips that you are unaware of. 

Be prepared to be ripped off

Way to noisy, the Music plads super loud until midnight, and then their is the mainroad just next to, and the “fast and furious” wannabes would drive in front of the hotel for the entire night.. I was out walking one night, and it was a lot of the same cars that came again and again… I would never stay in that part of the city again!

We only stayed at the beach, we did not sleep at the hotel.

The beach is great. The best sunbeds are reserved for hotel guests only. Price for two sunbeds is 20€, to use the pool 10€. For a 0.33l beer 4€ (menu said 3,5€…) glass of wine 7€+. If you bring you own water or chips you’ll get a warning from the employes. If you need water you must buy it from the bar for x3 the price of the supermarket.

The restaurant is expensive. Most restaurants are cheaper and better. Some employes beg for tips after delivering two beers.

Very good hotel. I like it, everything natyral and very friendly staff. I like the view, accomodation, breakfast was very very nice, the price was reasonable. The access to walk it was amazing. The music at the night was enjoyable. 😊

Very good review

Stayed one night. We were given a spacious room with a balcony but the aircondioner were not working. They moved us to 3rd floor. We had to carry our own luggage. There were no proper charging points for the phones. The room was so cramped the bed was touching the door. The bathroom was dull and no proper toiletries were provided. Construction was happening near the empty pool. Too much noise. Breakfast was served as a set menu but the tea/coffee machine was out of order. Bad experience

Very old carpet, musty smell, cramped rooms.

Could be a truly stunning hotel. The beach side bar over looks the city. And the verandas from the hotel look out to sea and Corfu. Beautiful gardens and feels very glamorous. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful and give a 5* service. 
Unfortunately inside the hotel is very dated and in need of a refurbishment.

Beautiful views, needs a refurb

We went in, it took 15 mins and two different waiters to take our order. We waited anther 15 minutes to get our drinks while waiting for food, so don’t come thirsty. The only reason I’m giving them a two is because the food was very delicious.

Food excellent, service awful

Been with my family. They claim an Italian chef but I am 100% sure they do not have any Italian in the kitchen. Apart from having received a very dirty napkin, their seafood spaghetti was nice to see but tasteless, with cheese in it, which cannot be used in the original recipe. Only the mussels were ok.  They did not have a wine list so we ordered a local white wine which they charged 2500 lek! Last but not least they do not accept credit cards justifying it with some connections problems which is not true being that places around do accept Credit cards.
This has prices for a 4 stars hotel but actually ONE star would be fine. I absolutely do NOT

Avoid this restaurant!

Nice hotel close to city center of Saranda. Fantastic service, clean and comfortable rooms and great pasta at the restaurant. 
Wonderful view from our hotel room. 
Free sun beds at the sea and also a nice pool area.

Fantastic service

We got family room (two rooms actually) from top floor-what a view and two balconies,
two tv;s, two air conditioners.There is exellent pizza place by swimming pool, nice food in restaurant and a lot of really good restaurants around.Jonis tiny shop across the street with amazing attitute by Denise.A bit hard to get to the sea, but with practise can be done. With small children or drunken person should be carefull with balcony railing.Its a bit low but wide and invites you to sit..Allso there is no elevator, but its ok to walk. Great place !!
