Staff are so friendly even though I dont speak albanian and rooms are very clean, they have a good attention to detail. The room we stayed in are spacious and  Its well lit up so can be seen no matter what time of day it is. Shummm e mire

Location of that hotel is little bit strange, but I suppose that's what makes it that cheap. I stayed there about 5 nights every time checking out in morning because I wasn't sure if me and my family will come back with the same number of people and that wasn't a problem for staff. Also there's always someone in reception so even checking in at 1 o'clock in morning is possible (what I wouldn't expect from that small hotel). They have a drinks fridge next to reception so guests can buy some water, juices etc. Also there is bar available in second building which i discovered at the last day of my stay - none of us was informed about it during a check in.

Bar looks very empty, there's nothing in the fridges and i haven't seen anyone going there, even lady that was serving us looked a bit surprised. I think most of guests just orders room service (there's a menus for that in all rooms) and I would do that as well since bar's lack of atmosphere. We just had our coffee and left.

The biggest issue I had was that two out of five nights stay there was no hot water in my room. I was told to wait five minutes because sometimes it blocks, but after 10 minutes I got really bored and nothing changed so I went to sleep. After that there was hot water in morning. Another night I was in different room and the same thing happened when in rooms of other members of our family there was hot water so I have no idea what it depends on.

The stay there was alright, rooms looked clean, but sometimes smelling cigarettes (customers are allowed to smoke in the room) which is easy to remove with open window or air conditioning. Just lack of hot water that few nights was the biggest problem for me. Maybe they will do something about that - if they did it could be really nice place.
