To star´t this place is in amazing setting and the views are awesome. The water/river is crystal clear,  turquoise but really chilling. There was plenty beds and umbrellas to relax if you will be able as the music they play all day and even till late at night is noisy like in amusement park. We did not used the room as we just set up the tents. We used the restaurant , the food was good and not expensive, menu consisting of soup, salad, french fries and grilled fish around 15€. But the staff super slow, bored, confused and not able to give proper info regarding the drinks and meal. They do have any drink and meals menu available. The owner is on the other hand very helpful he gave as the tips on short trekking around on the trails they make and signed, just around 15 min walk up the mounting is excellent viewing point on the river. They have also zip lining 10€ for about 350 meters ride. Single or double kayak can be rent to discover the dam/river. The place is very busy and touristy from 11:00 till 15:00 then it is quite if you forget the loud music.

Awesome place BUT can be disappointing

If you enjoy loud music, trash everywhere, and paying a lot of money for little then this is your place! 

We were shocked about the environmental disaster that is going on there, litter everywhere! Beautiful nature ruined by (unsustainable) tourism. 

Environmental disaster

My friend and I stayed here for 2 days. The location was absolutely unreal and we have never seen anything like it. However, there were a few things that we were appalled by.
 
- staff members - female staff member at the bar/restaurant was very rude. Didn’t give us any information about our water issues, how the generator gets turned off for certain times of the day etc. We had to go back to her about 4 times to get any answers. The male staff were very creepy and would always stare at you. Got asked to go back to one of their rooms and said very very inappropriate comments about body types and lots of other things throughout our stay

- music - music was so loud that you couldn’t actually enjoy yourself. There were lots of families around and the music was very inappropriate

- ANIMALS - the animals are not looked after at all and the staff do not seem to care. There is a male dog that gets tied up all day and does not have any water. I took the dog some water on the scorching day it was and he literally had 3 bottles full as there was no water around where he was tied up on the short leash. Not a very nice way for a dog to live. I did talk to many staff members about the lack of water he had and they did not care. 
The horses were the same. Tied up with absolutely no water 

Overall we did enjoy our stay however the above made us very uncomfortable and unsafe. We actually couldn’t wait to leave

Amazing location but that’s it

LumiI i Shales is amazing but this place destroys the beauty and calmness by playing way tooo loud music! Please respect the beauty and turn down the music. Otherwise you end up scaring away people who want to visit this hidden gem. 

Rather stay at some of the other places which is more quite.

Just hight light some points, 
First the location and view are amazing, 
1- stuff doesn't have experience in how to deal with tourists, for example, two men ( stuff ) who loud music too much till 12midnight, there were no tourists, just for killing their boring time, what the tourists who tried and look for quite place with amazing view!!!
2- I booked the family room ( for 5 persons, cottage ) as mentioned in my booking, unfortunately, before 3 days, they informed me that the family room had an issue and asked me to accept another room with 4 beds or their cancel the booking, how this dealing with me ( tourist ) , in addition, I found a family stay at same room ( cottage ).
3- the lady with Kill their boring time ( stuff ) , was not friendly at all and must have a training course about how dealing with tourist .
5- the food was Albanian food only.

Loud music till midnight and poor dealing with tourists

I read many review from foreigners and their rate was quite good, which made me think: Then the problem is with us, Albanian citizens only? 
I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and all of us were just shocked. The nature is quite amazing but only if you bring your own food and tent to stay there. Staying in Park Blini is a huge mistake. The rooms, Omg not worth at all for the price we booked them. At least we were satisfied to hear that in that price were included all 3 meals. We went to eat lunch... 1 hour waiting, the staff was so confused and not caring at all for the clients of the Hotel. What about the food? The meat and the fish cooked from God knows when and the cookers just overheating them again and again. We were just shocked so we decided to leave. The funny thing is that they didn't even bother to apologize for all that disaster and just said: OK, BYE.
NEVER, EVER EVER going to that place again, unless i take my own tent and food. And definitely my family can't come with you because of that horrible loud music giving you a terrible headache.

Absolutely disappointed

This place is such an amazing place, with beautiful blue, green, crystal water! The food is very good, fresh fish from the river, or meat from animals raised in wild nature! People and staff are very friendly and you can ask them for everything. There you can relax, go fishing, go canoe, swim, go for a walk in the mountains ! We had the tree house and from her balcony the view is breathtaking! The day is warm and the night is cold so be sure to take clothes with you! We had our almost 3 years old baby with us   and he really enjoyed and had so much fun! I really reccomend! 1-2 night it enogh to spend there to enjoy everything!

Paradise on earth

The 2 night stay was to be the highlight of our trip. Instead, it turned into an ongoing disaster. Firstly, the water level is so low, the boats cannot go all the way and the last kilometer you slog thru the water. Next, we ordered the tree house (in order to have a private bathroom) for a whooping 200 Euro/night and were disappointed to find a very basic bathroom (once you shower, the entire room is wet) and very small towels.  Worst of all, having traveled all this way to enjoy peace & quiet in a lovely natural setting, we found ourselves in the midst of a battle-of-the-bands between Blini & the adjoining property, a contest to see who could play the loudest music. Our tree house was located in the middle and the walls were literally vibrating. Even ear plugs could not overcome the level of the pounding music. Everyday there are day-trips to the location and at 11.00 there is an influx of people on the beach & restaurant. Lastly, after eating lunch & dinner there, we were both violently sick the entire night.  To get a boat back earlier the next morning, cost us 100 Euro. In short, if you're looking to enjoy the natural setting in peace & quiet, look for a different location with a more cost-worthy room.

Not at all what we expected. Big disappointment

The owner Titi was very nice, but the hotel is not family-oriented. “The eagles land“ hotel is 1 min away walking, and is much friendlier, cleaner, quiter, and cheaper. If you do decide to stay here, make sure to arrive early for lunch since food is finished within an hour, and also ask for the family house and not family room (which is above the noisy restaurant and shares the toilet with 90 people on the first floor...).

Everything was so nice, tasteful, well served, wonderful people ready to assist in everything. The place is a hidden paradise and you feel so spoiled in the middle of this beauty. Highly recommended !!!
