The location is amazing and you can go either by car or by walking. The views are amazing, the rooms are very beautiful and clean as well. The owners hospitality is really good and the food is great. I would suggest anyone to visit Molla Guest House, a 10/10 experience.

You absolutely must visit Theth National Park and stay at the Molla guest house you will not be disappointed. We nearly booked down in Theth village and chose Molla instead and we are so pleased that we did. The quality of accommodation - the view - OMG!!!! - you will NEVER eat your breakfast with that view ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD!!! Just go. The guest house is family owned and run, largely by 3 cousins who just couldn't be a better advert for everything positive about Albania. The food - fresh eggs, fresh milk (from the cow - milked twice / day apparently!) - home made cheesse and fritters just fantastic. The food they served was also delicious, although one night we ate at Villa Gjecaj which was also fantasic with a more varied menu. There's long hikes if you want a long hike, shorter hikes if that's more your thing (we have 3 teenagers so went for the latter). One of the best places we have EVER been.

Just go. Just go to Theth National Park and stay at Molla Guest House.

Great guesthouse, brilliant views and very accomodating hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At first we were a bit surprised by the driving distance from the village but realised that the location is quiet, has elevation/views and the village is easily accessible by approx 20-25min walk from the bottom of the garden. 

Perfect Albanian Guesthouse!

Just the perfect getaway in the mountains of Albania!
We had bad luck with the weather but the host did everything that we had a nice stay!
Breakfast was home made and wonderful. We will go back once in the summer to enjoy the fullest. 

Best stay in the Albanian mountains

Great guesthouse with a great service. The location is a little far from the town center but it is absolutely beautiful and the customer service is great. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. So much variety and all natural and organic.  We spent two nights and I had a great time.

Beautiful locations and guesthouse

Our stay at Molla was fantastic. Nestled the other side of the river from the main town it has stunning views over the valley. The rooms are warms and cosy and a 3 course meal is served for dinner which was the best food we had in Albania. The service from Rafael was excellent and he looked after us very well! 

Amazing stay in the Albanian Alps

Visited the Molla Guest House with my family for two days. Great reception from the house, very good food and perfect location. 10 min walk to  the center of the village, easy accessible from main road. You will love it, as we did. Thank you Rafaelo and to #MollaGH family.

The best!!!

Absolutely lovely, peaceful, and charming. Coming on foot from the mountains, they had made a little bridge over the river for easy crossing to the guest house. This is a family-owned guest house, where several generations live and provides you with a taste of the wonderful Albanian hospitality. The rooms are clean and comfortable, located in a striking landscape, surrounded by nothing but nature and mountains. The tasty homemade food was definitely as outstanding as the surroundings. They helped book a private transport back to Shkoder with a very safe driver. We absolutely love our stay here. We totally recommend this guesthouse.

Absolutely lovely

If you are looking for an authentic place to stay then this was an amazing family home to stay in. Colin who is the front of house manager was exceptional and he could not do enough for us. The Aunt and Grandma did all the home cooking for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend staying for dinner it was an absolute feast. Breakfast was the same with milk coming straight from the cow and home cooked pancakes Albania style. There was a great walk to a waterfall from Theth village which was fab. Would stay again.
