Very clean, good amenities and great location. Friendly staff too. It's a great hotel for a weekend city break, breakfast is brilliant and the rooms are very comfortable.
It is reasonably priced and probably the best hotel in Tirana in this category. It has got charm too 

Quick break 

Warm, welcoming staff who spoke solid English. Clean rooms and nice lobby. Excellent restaurant, especially for breakfast. Perfect location right in the heart of the city and an easy walk to just about anything you want to do in Tirana.

Fantastic hotel close to air albania stadium all the staff are very professional  very kind and helpful  the rooms are of a very high standard I would highly recommend this lovely hotel also a great selection of food for breakfast

Amazing

We stayed at the Roger Hotel for 2 nights in November of 2023. The hotel was very nice, comfortable, roomy, and clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was convenient to the center of Tirana and we felt safe walking about. We would definitely recommend the Rogner Hotel if traveling to Tirana!

Very nice hotel in Tirana

I love Hotel Rogner and I have been there many times in my short business trips to Albania. 

The location is superb really central and all the staff of Rogner there are a joy. They are friendly, professional and very very efficient.  And the waiters really write down every order. 

All staff are always with a smile, I believe they combine intentionally the best of Albanian hospitality and Austrian tourism management. 

AND the breakfast is the best breakfast of all 5-star hotels in Tirana. 
In a country such as Albania where citrus grows everywhere is more than normal to get fresh orange juice in the morning. But only in Rogner do you get it and you don't pay for it.  
And you also get Sekt/Sparkling wine for breakfast also for a good start in the Albanian day. 😂
As I said Albanian hospitality and Austrian tourism proposition.

The best hotel with the best breakfast in Tirana

We had a wonderful week in Tirana during October, staying at the Rogner Hotel. We were delighted by the hotel - friendly helpful staff, a spacious comfortable room, and the perfect location to explore Tirana, with some nice places to eat and to buy the most wonderful gelato nearby.

This may well be the best hotel in the city, and Tirana certainly exceeded our expectations - we felt safe at all times, even at night, walking around

Great hotel - excellent location

Stayed here for 2 days only as a little getaway treat for family members and it was great! Perfect location to start with. Check in was fairly simple which is always a plus, no fuss or messing around.

The room was wonderful, had a large bed and a small single bed to accommodate four of us. Beds were comfortable and clean. The room itself was Deep cleaned and couldn't see issues. There were copious amounts of toiletries and Elemis shower gel and hand gel which was a luxury touch. The wardrobe space was huge and there were a number of drawers and shelves for our things which was great! 

The pool area was the highlight. I believe this was a freshwater pool, seemed lovely and clean. Although I do wish that some of the tourists staying here would respect the pool a little more as I did witness some people spitting in there which wasn't pleasant - not the hotels fault, maybe some people staying here need to learn some manners and respect...
I do feel there weren't enough sun loungers to accommodate all the people, however we still managed to find some. As well as this there weren't enough towels available for sun loungers. We did end up using our bath towels, which wasn't a problem. Only other issue was when we called up reception from our rooms to ask for more towels, they did take quite a long time.

Quite a lot of facilities are available such as room service and the spa. The pool bar area was really nice and cheap for us. All in all, my bar bill was 80 Euros over the course of 2 days. They had nice snacks and drinks. Everything looked fresh as well. 

The main restaurant had good food. Waiters were friendly and attentive. Dinner was really nice, quite big portions and there were olives and breads provided which were delicious. Breakfast had a large range. There was hot food, cold, pancakes and fruits. As well as this there were different juices and smoothies - a lot to take advantage of which was amazing! 

Overall a great stay and for me, it was worth the money. Perfect for a summer getaway and great for tourists if they want the holiday vibe plus easy access to the nightlife of Tirana. 

Wonderful hotel, great food, lovely staff and perfect location! 

I was deeply disappointed in the hotel not bothering in responding to my request and honoring the promo price for the holiday. It was only a 20 Euro difference, but it was more the indifferent attitude by front desk staff and manager after I had spent around 1,500 Euro. So beware that you may not get the advertised price and they might not adjust to honor it. 
One other concern is that there are sometimes no towels for use in the spa sauna  and no water in the spa for drinking and at times the fruit in the potable water is old leaving a moldy taste in the water to drink after a sauna. These are issues to be aware of and need to be improved. That said, the staff in the restaurant, housekeeping and concierge are most welcoming and get a five on professionalism.

Would have been a five, but did not honor the published holiday price for Christmas

The service here was amazing, the waitresses and waiters  positive attitudes really made my stay here worth it. I highly recommend eating here every time you stay. Ask for Nerlin the waiter he was Terrific!

Restaurant Apollonia

Exceptional service from all the staff. Very clean and well kept rooms. The restaurant serves great food at normal prices, including local Albanian dishes. Nerlin, a waiter at the hotel’s restaurant “Restaurant Apollonia”, provided amazing service and was very funny. I recommend staying at the Rogner!
