Very disappointed that the rotating roof bar has been closed for two years. No plans to reopen. Website makes no mention of this, surprise surprise!! If you are going to have a cool drink whilst taking in the ever changing spectacular views, save your money. Cable car ride up is wonderful if hot. But trip a bit of a let down without this bar.

We stayed one night in the Dajti Tower Belvedere Hotel and it was lovely!  It was off-season and they have some construction going on which didn’t affect us but did mean there was only one other room occupied that night.  Nevertheless, Arson at the hotel was very helpful with both check-in and check-out.  The restaurant has an incredible view plus excellent food!  We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there and Donald was very helpful and attentive.  Definitely worth a visit and stay.

Fantastic views, great food, comfortable room!

This hotel has so much more potential. It has a wonderful location with great views over the city of Tirana. 

Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. First of all it was clear that the hotel is understaffed. At reception, we waited for about 5 minutes before anyone pitched up to assist. 

The lady was friendly and helpful, but the room we were given was extremely hot and the air conditioning did not work. We were then taken to two other rooms of which none of those rooms had functional air conditioning either. With an 38 degree day, this was really important. There were furthermore signs of maintenance neglect everywhere. 

Furthermore,  the hotel doesn't provide dinner at all. It was also extremely quiet and the rotating restaurant on the top floor was closed. This is now like that for about 2 years. Previously we went there and had wonderful times. There are very obvious signs of deterioration and neglect. 

While we waited to be given back our money, another guest came and complained about the same issues and also mentioned that the bath was not draining. 

I would have rated them 1 star, but they did pay us back our full 50 Euros without problems and therefore I give 2 stars. 

Tirana has some other excellent hotels. Do shop around as there are plenty of very good options in the city.

Very neglected hotel

5/5 for everything beginning from the Cablecar to the accomodation and hotel staff.

The Hotel room was in a good condition, cleaned up and comfortable.

The restaurant was nearby and the Food was fast served.

Anytime again 😊

Perfect one day trip

Before getting into my review it is worth noting that this was my first ever stay in a 4 star hotel and my expectations were low and that I have given the hotel 1 more star to take into consideration that there may less services available due to COVID.

Let's start with the good:

The hotel was clean and we were welcomed by name with a free cable car ride that we did not expect. The food was also really delicious at the restaurant and well worth visiting. In addition the AC worked and the hotel room came with all the expected disposable amenities.

The bad:

The hotel room lacked any bedside tables which was really disappointing and inconvenient. There were also very severe stains on the carpet and many of the wall decor was in bad condition and hanging off.

The bathroom looked very pretty but the shower was decidedly impractical, the angle of the shower head holder and the lack of a shower curtain meant that all showers lead to flooding the bathroom.

While the food was of a high quality, food was not available for room service after 7PM, which defeated the purpose of having the option in the first place. In addition, due to the small amount of people in the hotel, the staff were not very attentive and you had to find a staff member to order food, pay the bill, check out etc.

The free breakfast was also very disorganised. It was due to start at 0930 but they were not ready until 0950. Once the food was served milk and juice were delivered to the table but no hot drinks were made available, we had to order these as an extra at cost, something I found highly unusual.

With regards to the facilities, the restaurant, bar and viewing platform inside the hotel were all closed for the duration of our visit, something which took value away from the visit.

It is also worth nothing that we were charged a 700 leke "tourist tax" at the end of our stay, so this is something you should be aware of before you book to take into consideration with your costs. 

Overall if you simply went a hotel to stay at to visit the adventure park, this is the only hotel available and as such, may be worth booking for that reason alone. If you are after a romantic weekend away, I would strongly advice to stay away from the hotel as I spent a lot of my time in the hotel frustrated.



Disappointing stay in an otherwise great adventure park

All of the staff were very kind and helpful..
I recommend it to everyone because the hotel is an ideal place to relax and escape from the  city life.The hotel is very reasonable priced.

Very Very Good :)

After 1 week in Albania with nothing then great value for money in small guesthouses, we decided to book a more expensive stay in this hotel. The receptionist didn’t hardly understand any english and also didn’t seem to know much about the hotel services. We arrived at 8pm and discovered everything was already closed so it was not possible anymore to take the cable car to Tirana. Also the bar was closed but the receptionist opened it especially for us. We ordered a Martine and received the smallest Martini we’ve ever seen in our lives. So we asked the receptionist to give us somewhat more at no extra cost. He agreed but charged us a double in the end. Only after a long discussion with the receptionist and his manager, they agreed to drop the extra charge. This was the end of our nice evening. As everything else was closed we ended up in our room. It’s a pity that a place with so much potential is managed so poorly...

A disappointing experience

A wondeful15 minute ride to the cable car,enjoying the fascinating view of the capital. It is the longest cableway in the Balkans.
 The hotel is an ideal place to relax and escape from the daily city life. It attracts many guests at all times.
A magnificent park surrounded by restaurants,the minigolf field,the hippie field and the adventure park.

A fascinating glimpse!

We really enjoyed staying here.  We had a view of Tirana out of the large window in our hotel room.  All of the staff were very kind and helpful.  The hotel is a bargain and the cable car rides are included (the ride up was deducted from the price).  It is nice to have more time in the park.  Excellent breakfast as well.

Stunning views, cooler temperatures, wonderful place to stay.

I really enjoyed visiting the Bar. Loved the view while enjoying a fresh drink. The waiter was friendly. Also I went on top of the building and was really great and modern. You can not go wrong trying what Dajti offers.
