The hotel has a great space. its located on the edges of the andorra la vella (la vieja). it has a complimentary wifi (didn't work very well you just have to ask to the receptionist). In the room if you are away from the elevator the wifi doesn't reach the last rooms. The woman in charge of the reception at night is very friendly and recommend as a great restaurant for fondue "Cheese art". the owner was very friendly too she manage to get us a room even though the hotel was full. breakfast is only 4 euros but it really worth it. downside the parking is 10 euros per night but they have a small amount of spaces. 2 blocks away you have a public parking. 13 euros per day. but just the night is 2.35 ( from 21 to 8). great hotel indeed very comfy.

Nice hotel, great service. huge rooms

The hotel is a little old fashioned but the rooms are huge, clean & reasonable, breakfast is continental but does not scrimp. The staff are friendly & helpful, off-street parking available at a small charge but in a place like Andorra la Valle that is an advantage. Language is Cataln/Spanish/French but everybody is friendly & willing to use the Italian method if necessary! Plenty of places to eat evening as there is not a restaurant in the hotel. I will tae the effort to drive up to Andorra & stay here again. By the way the drive up is an experience.

Good location for centre of town

The hotel is average, 20 mins walk to the center. It was very hot in the room and we could not figure out how to lower the temperature. The service is nice.  A tip for the hotel: they could freshen up the blankets in the rooms because they seem like not washed for years. Food is rather of poor quality. 

Nice service

Good location for the old town, less so for ski resorts unless you have a car and are prepared to travel 15-30 minutes. Not a lot of parking especially on peak days.
The free breakfast was very basic and not very good quality, would probably eat out and save the money.
If you are prepared to share a room with a large group of friends it works out cost effective, otherwise pay a bit more and go to resort on or close to the slopes and save time travelling.

Very basic hotel with alot to be desired of the breakfast

Arrived at our hotel for the weekend great locations walking to and from places. 
Room was totally unexpected walked into a dark boxed stock room. Looked for a window and found a load of towels and bedding no natural light.  (Pictures) A window in the bathroom opened to find the pipe from the dirty water running down. 
Picture on websites are not what you get. The picture on my invoice was not what we got. 

Thankfully the lady was able to change us to a better room which was expected compared to the photos.
