Excellent value for money and dogs are welcome. The apartment is a short walk from the village which has all the shops you will need. It is 15 min drive to the main city. I will definitely stay here again and can recommend it for anyone needing a budget friendly holiday. 

Stayed her with my two boys 19yrs and 23yrs.
Reception staff very helpful and polite. 
Apartment was clean and well presented. Plenty of room and very well equipped. 
Ski in and out.

Really a great budget hotel, with fab restaurant and extremely accommodating staff.  Room was compact but had everything u needed. Apartment was quiet. Ski in and out a real bonus. Would definitely recommend. Especially if skiing was the main reason for holiday, as a bit of a hike up hill from village.  👍🏼🎿

A family run apartment, this is reflected in the friendly atmosphere, the owner obligingly collected us from our bus at 10pm on a Sunday eve.  It is not 4 star, but has everything one would want in an apartment for a week's skiing, incl. lockers, and you can ski from the apartment on to the slopes.

There is a little walk up the hill to the apartment from the town, but if you are on a week's ski trip, that shouldn't faze you!

Lovely friendly family run apartment.

Value for money

Excellent place to stay

Solaris Apartements (easily confused with Apartments Solaris; they're the same!) are located towards the top of the resort, but are easily found from the road. There's a nice big sign out the front reception.
Reception is multi-lingual and helpful. We got by through a mixture of English and French, but he did everything he could to ensure we got checked-in. The receptionist can also be quite difficult to find. If you arrive and he isn't around, try the restaurant on floor -2 (minus two) as he doubles-up as chef.
The place does have its own parking garage but space is quite limited and it soon becomes a game of car-park Tetras. So reserve parking well in advance if you don't want to park on the roadside. There isn't any free parking nearby within easy walking distance and presumably, because you drove, you have all your kit to carry. Parking is very expensive at 12 EUR a day; they are clearly exploiting people here but you have no cheaper alternatives available.
The rooms are generally quite spacious compared to a lot of ski apartments, but they are a little run-down and in desperate need of refreshing. For example, our room had a deadbolt installed, but there was clear damage to the frame where someone had previously tried to force open the door while it was locked. The safe was also permanently locked and we couldn't reset it. The ski lockers also have the world's smallest lock on them which wouldn't even stop the feeblest of thieves. If you value your ski gear, keep it closer to you.The previous tenants had also not cleaned the balcony and there were cigarette ends everywhere. 
The resort is ski in / ski out, which adds a lot of value, but the steps down onto the snow are in disrepair and were really quite hazardous to navigate safely in ski boots and in icey conditions. Fix them!
WiFi worked great. Kitchenette was stocked with all the essentials, the heating worked great.
One point.... the hot water is HOT. Turn the tap on slowly and carefully because it gushes out very fast and is scalding hot. Be careful; my wife burnt herself.
All that being said, for the price we paid, it was reasonable. We went cheap, and we got cheap. That's why I've given it an 'average' rating. That is exactly what it was. Not great, but not awful.

Other tips: The cheapest beers we could find was in the Hotel Manzano (follow the street back into resort, downhill and it's just around the first bend in the road). Two beers for six Euros during their 5pm to 7pm happy hour.

Average Ski Apartment -  Not too bad!

The cheaper stay was not worth the feeling of staying in a 1 star motel. Everything was dirty (including sheets and blankets). Electric sockets falling apart. Barely working locks on the door. Ancient electronics. Smell of cigarettes and pot throughout the hotel (no smoking sign but ashtrays provided in the rooms..). An apartment for "five" really meant a room with five beds and a kitchenette.
The only thing going for this place is it's ski-out location, which is probably why the owner can continue to run it without putting any money in revamping it, someone will always book.  We had three rooms and all were equally awful. 
Lastly - the staircase outside to get to 'ski-out' was barely cleaned from snow and ice, really did not feel safe coming down.


A run down place

Theses Apartments were right at the top of Pas. You couldn't carry Ski up. They are small cramped and very basic. A big walk home after a night out. They are cheap. I suppose you get what you pay for.
