One of the worst hotels I've been in Europe.
There was "dirt" on the toilet seat. I was disgusted by the bathroom, didn't even shower. Blonde hair on the blanket. The room was so tiny it was hard to open the window, and the heating was on even though it was so hot outside!
I didn't complain because I stayed one night and spent very little time in the room, but even though I go back to Andorra almost every summer, I will never go back to this terrible place.
I give it a 2 instead of a 1 because breakfast, even though very basic, was OK.

Terrible

Very modest place but good enough 1-2 nights. I went in the winter, the heating was working fine and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was very clean. The shuttle bus stop to the ski station is a few meters from the hotel. Food was average, both breakfast and dinner lacked fruits and vegetables. They need to improve on this!

OK for a few nights

Noisy rooms, dirty, wifi not working, crappy food.  This hotel is more a youth hostel. Dinner was so pathetic that i had to go to a proper restaurant outside the hotel.  Walls are so thin you can hear people snoring 😴 in other rooms.

Worst hotel ever

We traveled with a big group of skiers from Barcelona. When I read the reviews initially I was very skeptical but in the end we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is basic but it has everything you need if your main purpose is skiing - room and bathroom were clean, the hotel was very warm (actually we had to turn down the heating and open the window), the breakfast was basic but sufficient (coffee, tea and juice, bread and croissants, ham and cheese, yogurt, cereals). The dinner we had included in the package was very nice and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is very close to the stop of the bus taking you to the cable car. 
There were issues like walls being very thin and you can hear people in the corridor and the other rooms and the bed was squeaky but these are things that don't bother so much if you're there for a weekend. 
If you have high expectations and want a more luxury hotel you have to pay more and stay somewhere else. For us however it was perfect - warm, clean, ok food and friendly staff - all you need after a long day of skiing :)

Basic, clean and warm

This is a great value budget hotel for exploring Andorra, close to both Grandvalira and Pal/Arsinal ski resorts. 

The staff were very friendly especially Juan on the front desk who helped us with any problems we had. The bar next door is super cheap, with a huge Gin and Tonic only costing 4 euros. 

There is also a supermarket near by for buying food and drink.

The rooms were clean and there was always hot water.

The food was basic but large amounts of it, perfect for replacing the energy lost from skiing. 

We traveled with Uniski as part of a organised ski trip and we would definitely go again.
