Spent 5 nights at Apartments La Neu and couldn't have had a better stay.  Spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment with beautiful views and the constant soundtrack of the river.  Easy parking and garage for bikes.  Good wifi.  Hikes in every direction right from the door.  A short drive to Ordino, La Massana and Andorra La Vella. Friendly, helpful staff always on hand.  Useful service of fresh bread in the morning, and a few frozen dishes for a quick supper.  Loved it!

Superb Summer Stay

Amazing apartments, first time staying in Andorra in an apartment instead of a hotel and definitely worth it. The staff are lovely (family run hotel) and the apartments are very spacious and well taken care off. Only downside is that Llords is far away from the slopes but if you don’t mind the driving definitely stay here. I will definitely come back. Good for couples who prefer stay in (not good for partying) and for families. we will definitely come back

Highly recommended 

I could not fault this wonderful place! It has everything going for it. Fantastic large apartment with comfy bed and nice large bathroom. A super balcony with great views. An excellent bar and breakfasts with the Iron route walk directly opposite to walk our dogs every morning. Super friendly English speaking staff could not do more to make us welcome! 
In my opinion the best location in Andorra away from the bustle of the mains towns. It is an easy walk into Llorts village which has a super restaurant
One of the top places we have ever stayed in when driving from Uk to Spain.
We will definitely be coming back again and again. Can not recommend highly enough.

Little way out of main town, we chose this place as was not inundated with people and so happy with our choice. Upon arriving I felt  like we had stepped back in time, beautiful stone everywhere, fields with farmers still attending them by hand and stunning scenery. The owners in particular Ana spoke great English and when we requested change of room, as I love a balcony was most obliging. We ended up with ground floor room, with outside arena looking directly over mountain stream. Comfortable and clean rooms and beautiful outside area to enjoy many drinks available in afternoon sun, after hiking the mountains close by in morning, made for a perfect stay. We also enjoyed dinner one night at local restaurant a quick 400 meters scenic stroll away. Loved every minute of it. Car probably a necessity and ask for balcony upon booking.

We had a very lovely family lunch in this cosy restaurant.
We tried the filet and the lamb which  was wonderful as well as the salads and ..fried aubergines..as starters.

Very lovely  food experience

We have stayed here three times whilst on skiing holidays.   Always very clean and warm with friendly staff.   Family owned with owner on site.   Car parking, ski locker and Wifi provided at no charge.   Rooms are being continuously updated.    Probably due to limited number of tea drinking English visitors there is neither kettle or teapot in otherwise well equipped kitchen.    Likewise only two English TV channel, both news.   Minor shortcomings in accommodation that is first class value for money.  Will always use again.

A home from home

a great hotel with large, well designed apartments. All the staff were friendly and helpful. will definitely be returning for our next Andorran adventure. There are a couple smaller villages nearby with lots of beautiful buildings to check out. Handy distance to Ordino for shops and spa facilities. 
We had a great nights sleep due to the peaceful location and the blackout shutters.

This is one of those rare finds and pleasant surprises. We had booked another hotel down the road months earlier and arrived at that hotel, checked in, went to our room and found that someone else was already in our room. The hotel (in fairness) was very apologetic, but completely booked and given it was the night before a Tour de France stage, the prospects of finding another room were not good. Much to our pleasant surprise, they scrambled and arranged for us to be re-booked up at the Aparthotel La Neu. 

Upon arrival at La Neu, the staff were so warm and welcoming and took us to our apartment, which to our surprise was a much nicer apartment, looking out over the river and with views of the valley. This a family run place, with a great little restaurant and bar below the hotel that serves breakfast and lunch, and on the other side of a lovely patio and kids play area they have another building with the apartments. The place is immaculately clean, and well kept. The hotel is a typical Andorran-style ski chalet, and indeed they really cater to outdoor sports enthusiasts with ample storage for toys (skis or bikes). Even with the chaos of the Tour de France rolling by, and a bunch of soaking cyclists and fans trying to get coffee and shelter from an afternoon thunderstorm, the staff were patient, friendly and outgoing. 

When the madness of the Tour de France left, the hotel had an even more laid back atmosphere. This is a great place for families, with a big common room well stocked with games and enternatinment, an excercise facility and if you're a class VI or V whitewater kayaker, there is even a river literally out the balcony. The whitewater is quite loud if you sleep with the windows open, which may be loud for some, but we loved it. Everything was in excellent working order and the showers were lovely. 

There are a few really good restaurants a short walk down the road for dinner. And the breakfast and lunch options are very yummy at La Neu. In fact, they even have a picnic lunch option that they prepare for you to take on your day's adventure if you prefer. All in all, this is a fantastic little gem in the Andorran Pyrenees and we will definitely be back.  Also, this place is incredibly cheaply priced. It was significantly less than other places. I would call them and book direct. 

Perhaps my favorite thing about the hotel was the lovely staff. It is a family run place and they are lovely people. Our Spanish is quite poor, and our Catalan is even worse. They spoke great English, and I think they also speak fluent French in addition to Catlan and Spanish. Really nice folks, doing a great job, running a lovely hotel in a beautiful spot. Hard to go wrong.
