The room is not very large but warm, the mattress is comfortable, the shower is warm. The breakfast to highlight!!! It is excellent and abundant. The attention is super friendly. It is 15 minutes from the Cerro Catedral so I consider it ideal if you go skiing or snowboarding. The only thing to keep in mind is that the rooms are on the first floor and is by climbing. But I highly recommend it!!

This is an excellent option.

We chose this accommodation because of the proximity to the places we wanted to visit and the walks from Puerto Pañuelo. Away from the city but with great views and tranquility. The breakfast is very rich with bread and homemade lunches with a privileged view. The girl at the reception is incredibly attentive and always willing to help. We are very grateful for everything and we recommend 100%.

Excellent attention in a barbaric and quiet place!

Beautiful Bariloche-style hostel, very well located near Bustillo Avenue. Mónica and Catalina provided excellent care, made our stay a very warm moment.

We stayed in Pájaro Azul together with my boyfriend for the long weekend of carnival (Feb 2020) for 4 nights. How good would the location be to moderate the bathrooms a bit, especially the showers that are quite nice and we could have the same. But I would recommend that we have a whole remodel... It is as comfortable as the shower rooms (we stayed in the 2nd room at 3:30 pm and the next room at no extra cost). A good place if you're thinking of spending too much, well located in relation to the ski slopes, 20 minutes from the bariloche center.

The price of quality is equivalent.

The rooms are comfortable, warm and very clean. The bathroom is actually small, but that wasn't a problem for me, the shower is very good and warm. The breakfast consists of coffee, coffee with milk and hot chocolate; toasted bread, butter and cakes and distinct biscuits, all a delight. The fact that the floor is made of wood can be annoying due to the noise, if the purpose of the accommodation is to rest (perhaps the upper floors make less noise) and being away from the center (10 km) may not be vantageous who will only depend on taxis or prices from the cathedral airport (approximately $50/$70).

The Blue Bird is a hostel suitable for one or two nights, without luxuries, it has everything necessary to stay for a short period and continue the journey, it is very well located and has an excellent view, the attention is very good, the guests enjoy absolute independence, each has his own keys and can enter and exit whenever he wants.

Just and necessary.

The hostel is picturesque and cozy. Monica, the owner, has a very good wave. There are excellent tips on which places to visit and which ones to avoid. Breakfast is a separate chapter, all homemade and delicious: pasta frola, chocolate pudding, maicena alfalfa, toasted white and black bread with homemade sweets as well, and a few scones that were a little piece of heaven. In the afternoon they leave you the term with hot water to enjoy a few rich mates in the breakfast room with the beautiful view of the Nahuel Huapi. The room is small but nothing is missing, it has even a LCD. The super bed is comfortable and, although the spirit is narrow (a person who sells the hotel can be complicated), the water temperature is a little too low. The temperature and pressure of the bar is a doubtful one.
