Cheap. Walking distance to eateries, shops and ice cream. Tiny tiny bathroom is share between 7 people and is always occupied, humid and wet. The bathroom faucet leaks. WIFI only works in common area. 
Couches, communal tables and benches, functioning kitchen & small fridge. Outdoor Smoking area.

Tiny bathroom for 7 people, weak WIFI

Place was ok. Breakfast didn’t have dulce de leche and owner looks he didn’t care too much about that, scrambled eggs would be great. Me and many other travelers where moving after 1 night there to another hostel. Didn’t feel it cozy. Just a place to stay one night, beds are ok, liked the bathroom inside the dorm. Staff was nice and welcoming, they had very nice information in the living room, books and recommendations which found they great and didn’t miss to do them.

A place for One night Only

I am currently still at this hostel, but felt strongly about about certain things that my review couldn't wait until I have left.
I will start with the positives, the volunteers at this hostel strive to do their absolute best and are all very friendly and make you feel welcome, several of them helped us with advising places to go and things to do which was much appreciated. There are individual light switches and plug sockets per bed. Unfortunately this is where I start to struggle with positives.. If I'm being diplomatic, the 'Areas for Improvement' are as follows;
The hostel relies solely on being run by part time volunteers which is not a problem if the mythical and elusive owner was to trust and empower them by more training and not relying on 1 person per shift to look after Checking people in, Checking people out, and cleaning the whole hostel. It was not manageable. On two occasions so far I have emptied the kitchen bin, and the small bathroom bin has not been emptied for 2 days and is overflowing. 
The hostel has ran out of toilet paper which is clearly the most basic part of running a hostel. Our room was cleaned on check-in 4 x days ago however it has not been cleaned since and with 6 people in a 12ft x 12ft square room I'd suggest this is done more frequently.
We are staying in a room for 6 x people and there are 4 x lockers, 1 of which is broken. I am no mathematician but I'm sure that doesn't add up.
There are bunk beds however no ladder or steps to easily get onto the top bunk, I am a fit and able 27 year old and each night I bravely attempt the 'Fosberry Flop' to get into bed (I don't always make it). This may also be why the beds have some broken slats...
The owner has not given the staff their own cooking facilities, which causes congestion in an already poorly equipped kitchen. There are 2 x ovens and sets of hobs. 1 x oven doesn't work and the door doesn't close properly on the other oven. The volunteers do an incredible job of baking bread in this oven which is served at breakfast. A recommendation would be to have 2 x staff on the night shift to allow one to bake the bread when they have free roam of the kitchen and not whilst all volunteers and guests are trying to cook dinner in the evening.
There appears to be more bedrooms in the hostel than is advertised, whether this is a clerical error or a tax avoidance tactic I would not like to know.
One of the wooden chairs on the balcony is broken and could cause injury if sat on.
When I had the pleasure of meeting the owner I politely showed him the oven situation and he assured me there were new ovens being installed, watch this space.
This hostel is likely to take in at least 2500Ar$ per day. It would benefit hugely from even the smallest 'reinvestment' , buying a toaster for breakfast, repairing broken lockers and supplying correct number per room, owner ensuring there are enough staff on each shift. Buying new cooking utensils, pots, pans. Buying new dish cloths, tea towels. These things are the minimum expectations of any paying guest in the 21st century.

In conclusion I would not recommend this hostel and to repeat this is not a reflection of the volenteers who work here, but the lack of basics of running a hostel which the owner is the owners responsibility. We have booked 2 x further nights in Bariloche at another Hostel so I am keen to see how the second one compares. I will post my review accordingly.

2 Stars both purely for the volunteers

Good atmosphere, cheap, relatively close to the city center, lovely staff, and the place generally looks good. In addition, the kitchen is well equipped, eventhough it's likely that you won't need it much in this city, with its amazing restaurants. The only disadvantage of the place, in my opinion, is the breakfast which was not tasty. Besides of that, it's an awesome place and I highly recommend it.

I was un punto sur one oficina the best hostels in Bariloche.. the staff is great; place really clean with good bath and showers are the best. People hace fun there.. i really enjoy muy stayed ask for marina ir Martín they helped you in everything you need

Excelente

We loved this place!!! The Staff is great, always asking If we needed help and giving us the best tips to see the best of the city. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. They offer activities and tours for everyday! We would choose it again with no doubt!
