Super recommended, and very good location, close to restaurants and supermarkets, they attended us in the best way, this combined with the excellent view of their bungalows made our stay unforgettable.

Being on the avenue Bustillos makes it easier to travel to the city or to Puerto Panuelo and other localities.The cabins are very comfortable and the view is very pleasant.The owners are friendly.The wifi should be improved as it is slow or shortened.

A good option.

The bungalows are very good, clean, equipped and with a very good view of the lake. The attention is not good. To engage in tourism which is Bariloche's main activity, you need to have a preparation, training, personality and special character. The parking is difficult and narrow. The entrance and exit are very dangerous as the entrance is in a curve, with narrow bank and little visibility.

 Deficient attention.

The accommodation is very good, comfortable, clean and all facilities are impeccable.There are stairs to climb, (which are very expensive with children in arms) but the view of the place is worth it.

Very nice place.

We were looking for accommodation away from the city centre and on the way to a small circuit, so we chose these bungalows. And after staying six nights there, the story that this is an excellent place. The cabins are impeccable, they will not see absolutely any details, everything is of very good quality and is provided with everything necessary. The view is simply incredible, and the attention of their owners, Maria Rosa and her husband, super warm. They have been a place to stay in Alún. We would definitely come back and therefore encourage me to recommend them!

If you want to be a good option and you don't succeed, you have to climb four floors of the house per staircase, no choice. Climbing with backpacks and bags, something impossible to count the effort that this requires, this ruins the holidays.On Sundays nobody makes the room, you have to make the beds....a shame that the holidays are not staffed.You only have one card.The cabin is not bad, they have no phone, to request something you have to go down the two-floor staircase and ring the bell to the owners, who want and can't.Unfortunately, the place is very nice and they should have found a solution to the problems.

Want and can't.

Without a reservation, the owners welcomed us and gave us a tour from one of their rooms. Very well furnished, the rooms are equipped with everything you need; a TV, kitchen, microwave, fridge, etc. Does have a place to have lunch or dinner as well as a living room to enjoy the beautiful sights from Lago Nahuel Huapi, which in our own experience, was the best view so far from the lake, taking into account we had been to different hotels.
The upper floor featured two separated rooms plus the bathroom. These, again, very well equipped. There is an extra bed in the lower level, near the stairs. Daresay the room had an overall capacity for five people. All in all, a very comfy place.
The rooms feature Wi-Fi, alarm and plenty of other stuff which we found out to be really useful.
Customer service was delivered in excellence. We felt treated really well by owners and they looked after us besides providing aid on places to go, restaurants nearby, etc.

After the Alaska Hostel gave away my reserved room, my friends and I stumbled upon the Alun Bungalows and we couldn't be happier.  It was a great value!  For $300 pesos per night, I got a 2 story bungalow complete with living room, dining room, kitchen, sleeping/reading nook, 1.5 bathrooms and a queen size bed.  The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and plates.  The views were incredible too. Oh, and wifi was excellent. 

The only drawbacks of the Alun: Heat and amenities.  My bungalow did not warm up downstairs, but the upstairs was very warm with a heater in the bathroom and bedroom.  It was unseasonably cold while I was there too.  Also, the host was a little stingy with towels and soap.  I only got one bar of soap and one bath towel.  My downstairs half bath had no soap or hand towel.  

The bungalows are outside of town, situated on Bustillo road and easily accessible by the 10, 20 or 21 busses which all come every 10 minutes or so.  You have to buy bus tickets in town though.  There is a small market just next door, and a larger grocery store about 1.5 km down the road.
