The hotel is centrally located, the managers speak good English, and we had no problems with late checkout (paid). The bidet in the bathroom was a welcome convenience.
What was bad
The building and furniture is old; the hotel does appear as having undergone some renovation but obviously not very thorough. Elevators do not always stop at level with the floor, so you can easily stumble when walking in or out. The breakfast is OK but consists mostly of cheap food

Location, access to other point in the city. Good treatment by employees.
What was bad
I think it's that it requires some facility work and an updated paint, utility maintenances.
