What was bad
I booked the hotel 6 months before arrivaldate with the notice if we can have our room earlier than 3pm because we arrived after a 14 hour flight at 8am in the morning. It was impossible and we had to wait a lot of hours before getting the key.
English was also a problem at the desk. Unbelievabla for a hotel in the centre of B.A.
