In 2011 he came to Cafayate and stayed at Ruta40. Divino el hostel, so much so that for this occasion I wanted to stay in the same place. Nothing to see. I noticed it much more abandoned, quite dirty and the attention of the very distant staff, different from what I remembered from the hostel.

Good location

Our stay was in a private room on the first floor, with an entrance to an inner courtyard.It had the comforts of a hotel, the room was well equipped and spacious, with a full and clean bathroom.The staff of the hostel was super friendly.The location is excellent, a block from the main square, shopping area and with many bodegas options nearby, a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal.The only disadvantage is that it does not include breakfast and that night activity in the common areas is limited to a fairly early schedule (although it is relative, because it can be an advantage to guarantee a quiet rest).Another improvement could be the ventilation, there were no mosquitoes and there was an invasion of mosquitoes and heat in the city, which was not enough at night to open the air.

Lindo hostel with excellent location.

The location is excellent, a half-square of the main square. we booked a wedding room with a private bathroom and it was super clean. it had a bed size king, big and comfortable. the only place is that one of the pillows had no covertor and it looked dirty. the hostel door has a key that makes it easy to enter and exit. the girl at the reception is very friendly. the wifi worked correctly.

I highly recommend it.

The mattresses are super comfortable and spacious.The staff was always very friendly and the facilities are fine.The breakfast is not included and, if you want it, you can subscribe for $400 and it is abundant.Excellent location and price/quality ratio.

Hermoso Hostel very well located. The attention was excellent. The private room is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable and huge! The patio is spacious and very cozy. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. It has a fully equipped kitchen and freezer to refrigerate your food. Very recommended.

It's not my first time staying at the Hostel Route 40. It's my third! Always with the best of luck, the boys and girls who attend explain the operation of the hostel and if there is any activity. On this occasion, I was only one night and a community roast was held. Those who wanted to participate alone had to register and then the cost of the distribution by the diners. There was a show: a few musicians sang while we waited for lunch and about noon. There was silence to rest. The breakfast is continental: pancakes, butter, sweets, coffee, tea, mattresses and frosting. The cleanliness and the order is very good. The double rooms with private bathroom on the ground floor have a view of the rooms and supercars!!! When I return to the Cafeteria (Route 40), I think that I'm going to the top of the main square, which is less than a square mile away from the main square!

It's a great hostel for travelers who want to rest (the mattresses are very comfortable) and find a place to meet other travelers!The patio is very nice and the kitchen is very comfortable for cooking.The breakfast is super complete.Dora, Nini and Rodri are very good hosts!!It was nice to have passed Route 40!

Excellent stay at the hotel.

Very nice place, according to our expectations, clean and orderly, well attended by the girls and boys who work there, very willing at all times to provide tourist information, recommended place.

They had us at the reception for more than an hour because the person who had to charge us asked us to pay for the paid market.We arrived at the apartment and the dirty saunas, from the inner courtyard we could smell the smoke of those who were smoking.We canceled the stay in less than 5 minutes of being in the room, they did not return the money and we went to another hostel.

I didn't like it.

We went to a private double room. The location is really excellent, you're a block from the main square. The hostel is clean and the people who work are nice. I think it's the missing wave to the room. Aesthetic that appears in the photos but not in reality. While the bed is comfortable, there was nothing more than that in the private room. The walls have holes that say something was hanging there at some point but no longer, and it makes it a little sad and doesn't invite you to stay there any more than to sleep.
