The hotel is basically a place to sleep and eat (home-cooked food without pretensions).It doesn't have a bar, etc. The owners seemed to understand.What if it's horrible Pedraza, this was the worst of all.We were more than an hour late for a passenger to arrive and arrived almost at 11am the next day.The coordinator Alex only served to lie.On the way back the bus stops to buy arte mania as if there were no chapel and we ordered an hour.In Belleville we stopped for lunch and surprised them for 45 minutes.The coordinator said we arrived at 21h and then said (15h) we were 45 minutes late.We were told that we were leaving in Pqcheco at the Puma station and we were leaving behind a block that my wife couldn't stop.My wife asked me why I was never sure of walking around the new Pan-American route, but it's very difficult to say that it's not a very easy one.

Bad experience in Capilla del Monte

It was hell. The pillows were about to unravel. The bedding and towels were rotten. The water from the green pile. Spider webs in all the luminaires, the canteens looked like cigarette butts. the bar no longer exists, the grills abandoned, the children's games are rotten. The cleaning and care by the people in charge of the dining room, reception and cleaning is to regularly clean a room for lack of preparation for each task.

It was certainly beautiful in its good times, now it's a very disadvantaged grand hotel and the staff that remains barely wants to attend.The breakfast is very sad, just a few dry snacks and two fat pancakes, and they don't even have cocoa for the kids.The meals are very basic and in fairly small portions, today the lunch costs $1200 and if not at least 10 people don't do it.The only thing to highlight is the beautiful view and garden.No, I recommend it.

I stayed 3 nights, through the company Pedraza.It is an old, old hotel, with basic amenities (pillows/sheets/towels regular) Ample rooms, spacious bathroom, hot water. There are several sections in the hotel: rooms that give an inner courtyard to the main gallery overlooking the Uritorco and the hotel park..The park is beautiful, has restrooms, tables, benches available at no cost. The pool is always clean, every morning at 7am and cleaned. The food is always homemade, abundant. There are always 3 days for the same breakfast (2 tablets + a libretto / coffee / tea) In the hotel they ask if someone is vegan or has a special diet.

 Economical and comfortable.The park and view are the best.

Only to stay for 2 or 3 days. The facilities are old and lack maintenance. The wifi is very bad. There is no air conditioning, only ceiling fans and if you touch hot days you'll have calcinas. The breakfast is poor, only infusions and milk, sexiest snacks and salads nothing more, not even butter or sweets. The best is the location near the center and the beautiful park with picnic area and access to a small promenade that passes behind the hotel. The view is beautiful.

Beware of the discouragement.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!! traveling through a stonehouse, staying there for 3 nights, where one of the nights it rained and flooded my room completely, the water was falling into the closet and through the ceiling, se mojo todo!!! absolutely everything!! crossed a barrier, I was emptied so I could get to the reception where we were switched rooms, the other day I went to talk to the receptionist SILVANA VILLALVA where she completely broke down and gave me no solution, much less excuses, really a mockery towards me.

Disaster is a disaster.
