The complex is very convenient, it is well located. very clean, excellent care from the reception and the bathrooms, the dishes as well as the kitchen utensils (toaster, microwave, cafeteria) all in good working order, we spent the holidays there very comfortably, MUCH RECOMMENDED!

Excellent care and the place stands out for its cleanliness and the good care of Paola and Gustavo. It is 100% recommended. We really enjoyed a very nice family vacation. We will be back next summer.

They have an incredible attention, very beautiful the complex and super-cared for.The outdoor pool is very good and is air-conditioned.The rooms are very clean.I was in the era of covid and kept to protocol.The beach is a few blocks away and reaches the center of Carilo in 10 minutes by car.I want to highlight the kindness of Paola and Gustavo who immediately resolved my consultations.

It's the place to be in Valeria Del Mar. From the cleanliness, the proliferation and the attention to the last detail one can imagine.The pool both exterior and interior impeccable. Gustavo, the manager is in every detail and always available for everything! a luxury!! the cleanliness is amazing, everything is perfect, the girls are lovely! nice to be in a place like this If the COVID protocols are met which is a great peace of mind! it has a gym and two beautiful piles! the departments have everything necessary to cook, be calm and comfortable!! the dry breakfast is very good, I think it's a great idea and practical! it's a place I would return to again and again without hesitation! it's the second time we've come! I recommend you 100%! it's two blocks from the beach and a square from the Caril forest! beautiful thanks for having received so many squares in our home! we'll feel so cared for!

From the hotel's facilities, the cleanliness, the two piles that have a beautiful sound, the impeccable apartments, to the treatment of the staff who work, always very attentive, kind and respectful, Gustavo, the hotel manager, who is always in charge of every detail and need that is urgent in the day-to-day, should be highlighted.

The best of Valeria! the staff in their entirety fantastic, very kind and attentive!! it's excellent the air-conditioned outdoor pool and its cleanliness. hygiene in rooms and very careful protocol! highly recommended!! wifi would improve it, but all along the coast is the same!

What stands out is the human quality and the attention that Gustavo and his entire team provide.

The units are very modern. Extremely small rooms, only air-conditioned in the suite. Impossible for up to 4 people. All week of stay lost the bathroom water, broke the light switch and colorless living TV, was not fixed throughout our stay. Bad breakfast Very mediocre charge for the use of the grill. Persecution of minors, who are monitored by cameras before the slightest movement, wanted to award us an object from the stack that was in disuse. We love Pinamar, but the truth is that being in the apartment and feeling every day that they are watching and are anxious to look for the hooded things, was really fruitless. And the bargain of the grill, no guaranteeing the safety of the END OF THE YEAR...
