We went with my family and our dog, we hired 4 nights, of which we only used 1 because we had an important family emergency. The hotel didn't recognize us at all. OJO with their policies! on the other hand, zero recommendation for long stays, more than two faces impossible to be on the spot!

It was a horrible experience.

The have modern rooms where pets are permitted and the hotel is located very close to the beach and close by the best restaurant in Carilo, which is Saint German.  The shower is too small, and staff at reception should me more flexible, as we came in a day later, because of a medical emergency, but we had the pay the full price anyway.

Lack of comunication between staff at front desk and cleaning personel

The wedding bed is good, but the sillon bed and the carriage bed are very bad, the mattresses are deformed. We had problems with the hot water because the thermostat was in a separate room and could not be accessed when the people staying there were not. The space of the room for 4 is very small. They were doing work so there was a lot of noise. The breakfast is good. The pool is very nice. But it doesn't matter what they charge.

Opinion of our studio and La Galeria en Carilo.

Lack of flexibility and consistency with the collection. We were not allowed to enter having paid 80% of the reservation, missing only 10,000 pesos which we could not get due to the lack of functioning of the area cash register. with the intention of paying it the next day. customer service carried to March. no recommendation.

The worst customer service I've ever seen.

We stayed with the family for the end of the year. The pictures don't represent what they really are. Lack of cleanliness and maintenance that exceed mere details (veil cable, noisy ventilator that is impossible to use, windows with no screws, etc.) in 3 nights we get tired of claiming a remote control that never arrived. If you expect fireworks, wait for the upstairs apartment to make a roast, it looked like a rain of meteorites x sparks and coals. The breakfast here, we were 4 yban 3 slices of lacquer bread. A precariousness of something unloved whose only goal is to collect this season. NO MINIMUM MOTHER IN THE COBRAIN X CHANNES is outstanding. It's not what it seems.

Everything is extremely simple, poorly equipped.The assigned unit has a pressure pump located in the barrel area, very old that is the only thing you hear in Carilo's silence.Something obsolete easily replaceable.

Lack of maintenance is not what the images imply.

Furniture in poor condition.. smell of moisture, totally empty.. zero equipment.. dirty.. no more returning. All the furniture lifted.. oxidized veilers.. impresentable bathroom curtains. For the price they charge you there are better things..

Horrible 

We decided to go to Carilo for the election weekend, to enjoy the peace and quiet of the place.We got a place in the east that is generally occupied.Large rooms, private barbecue area, the breakfast in the cabin but complete.y best of all, the covered pool to enjoy when it's cold for the beach.

Finding elections

It's a real shame that they have it so badly because it has an excellent location and the staff is extremely attentive. But the apart is a disaster. We were 4, a closet without any drawer and only 4 perches! Everything is very old. Parrilla in poor condition. In the kitchen there is nothing! No apertures, no oven fountain, no plastic salad!! Nothing. Regular cleaning. Good one. They are pet friendly!

Maintenance is zero.

Beautiful apart hotel that has very complete facilities in a privileged location in Cariló. In each unit offers everything basic to organize meals: kitchen, fridge, electric oven, toaster, electric oven, etc. The breakfast is included and is very complete. It also has an air-conditioned pool, sauna and spa. The beach service included, as it has an agreement with the parador Hemingway. It is located on the first beach line, a few meters walk from the hill. And pet friendly! we can go with our 4-foot friends. In short, it has everything to spend a few days of relaxation. Very recommended! it is the second time we will continue our journey.
