We were there on the first night of our vacation, the room was small and dark, the bathroom was so small that two people couldn't enter, the only good thing about our stay was the hot water and breakfast, although we had breakfast in a glassed place that was too hot!!!!

I would not recommend it!!!

A great place to enjoy a clean room vacation, the very good mattress, the nutritious and very complete breakfast, the friendly and attentive staff for any questions from the customer.

The Sirena Hostel is perfect for a week of accommodation plus the magnificent location.

We wanted to have one more day of vacation...because we booked from Sunday to Sunday..another place.From the first call to the reservation everything was fine.We arrived at Valeria and we were expecting the Empress..she helped us with the suitcases since we had reached the second floor...Everything was fine..we were allowed to leave things before it was too late....my love.

Surprise...a very good hostel.

Fantastic Hotel Sirena - a cozy, clean place with all the amenities in good condition we were pleasantly surprised that there is a grill so guests can make their own roast.

Tourism Tourism

A) the refrigerator didn't cool and the refrigerator didn't work. I am diabetic and I didn't cool the insulin. B) one of the TVs didn't work the volume. C) one of the fans didn't work. D) one of the rooms didn't have a lamp, so it didn't have light. E) the door to one of the bathrooms didn't open. F) the main entrance door didn't open unless it was locked with a key. G) the sink in one of the bathrooms, when used, kept a lot of water on the floor. Everything was always wet. H) the state of the parrilla is disastrous. I) the wifi is. J) the breakfast service is. K) The state of Ellicio generally leaves much to be desired.

I regret having gone.

The bathroom flooded alone, even without any canilla open. In the toilet there was dirt and we didn't know if we were using the bathroom or if it was the cloaks, and finally one day it rained for a while and there was a light on another table. Additionally, there were details that were hard to solve and that were abandoned, such as the bathroom shelf that had only two cups, a veil, the light on the table that could never open the drawer and the media was working on it.

Horrible 

First of all, I want to emphasize that the place is fine for the price. I went to do a job in the area and look for a hotel for myself and a colleague by booking, and when I booked expressly requested a separate bed room. when I arrived in the check-in process, I was not mentioned that there were no more separate bed rooms available until after I paid the balance of the booking and guided me to the room when I asked if they could solve it. They told me that they had no more rooms available and would offer to change the room with other guests. then I heard that they decided for the next day. for someone who goes to work, it seems to me to be an acceptable solution, since it was not a short vacation without traveling with family or friends. then, the size of the room was also an adequate solution, and the bathroom also had the residues of the previous guests.

Multiple disappointments.

We stayed with my husband in December 2016 to finish the year for four nights. We booked by phone, talked to its owner who was very kind. Everything was as we expected. The double room was very clean and with what you need. We could park every night in front of the hostel. Excellent location, two blocks from the beach and two blocks to the center of Valeria. In the room there was a small freezer that was useful for us. During our stay they always cleaned the room. It has very nice little pastures and a beautiful garden. We received very good attention. The only thing we would add is breakfast included. But we returned without a doubt, excellent price-quality ratio.

We found some details with the cleaning of saved phrases that were quickly resolved.The staff is very friendly and the location is excellent.We will surely return!
