We stayed in the cabin Cottage N°2, very good location, a few meters from the beach and the shopping center, everything can be done on foot. We arrived at night and it was very well heated, the bed super comfortable, and the shower excellent. Equipped with everything necessary for a good stay. The staff attentive to all our worries. We will repeat on another occasion.

Cabaña Cottage No. 2 is located in the village.

Observations to consider to improve the stadium. Excess furniture for the footage of the ground floor. The PB bathroom with very little space and vanity unrelated to size. The staircase to the bedrooms with a considerable height difference from the upper staircase that must be taken into account to avoid accidents. The lack of maintenance in general. The staff is very good!!

We were there before the pandemic, and you notice that the affection is very much there. The price-quality ratio today is not good. The cabins are comfortable but very poorly maintained. The ones that touch us with a lot of humidity and deterioration in the walls, in fact one day more or less heavy rain and water pouring through the walls of the main room. There are things that cannot be accepted as fully worn towels and even with water holes! In one of the bathrooms there is a loss after removing the chain because of a floating problem that could be fixed if they had better maintenance. The staff has good air and if they can, a good night to cool and we would like to easily put the heating and cooling system on the walls of the main room. I've come a long way since then.

It's a complex of modern and comfortable huts but lacking in maintenance and deep cleaning. There are details that the quality of the toilet, the towels are very worn, some with holes. The breakfast is a bag that is left at the door with 4 loaves and 4 medallions. Inside the cabin were many spider webs in the corners that we had to get pigs were full of insects, we then killed 3 cockroaches during the stay. The pool is air-conditioned but it is dirty, if you notice on the walls the lack of maintenance and the chlorine that puts it on. The park is also a lack of maintenance, the rest is very uncomfortable, there is very little maintenance, which results in a lot of damage. The pool is close to everything if you walk to the side of the road. The pool is very clean, but if you can't get a good bus, you can't expect too many.

We will not return.

We stayed with my family at the beginning of July and had to change apartments because of the poor condition of the cabins. Nothing recommended. For the same price there are other apartments that are excellent like Las Hadas.

It was a disaster.

The welcome was unfriendly. A dog guy sent me to get a pig cash register. Desperate for the silver, and before 6 p.m! Where did he live? When I came with the silver, we'd change a change. We'd cheat with the pile...frozen water...or the sea of adornment. The refrigerator took a day to cool down. When the technician arrived, it was already cold down. The people in the cleaners were cleaned clean and agile in the cleaning.

Completely inconsistent

The first day they warned us that due to COVID regulations they would not air condition it to the usual temperature to avoid inhibiting the effect of chlorine, but the next day, when they mentioned that it was frozen, they told us that it was because a bomb had broken and the next day they would repair it. The next day they told us that the arrangement would take a day longer and so on for the rest of the days.

Very little attention.

Unpleasant the reception first has to complete the full payment ONLY EFFECTIVELY after you receive. Incomplete and poor quality waistcoats. No dan shampoo. Super-spent towels, No matches. Incomplete breakfast. Old furnishings. 1 star hotel rooms. If something is missing, you have to ask for every example remote control of the TVs, etc., No more coming back.

There's nothing remarkable about it.

A real disaster our stay at this place, 15 days of feeling cheated, the apartments are in a real abandonment, they have absolutely no basic equipment, cleaning is a disaster! Only barren x where you see it. We have never felt like we were taking out money like this place, yes, we went a day earlier using as an excuse the weather..the truth is they deserve the inspections and take away the possibility of continuing to rent that place!!

For the Forgotten

We stayed 3 nights and loved the place... super clean and well air conditioned.The breakfast in the cabin is super complete, the cabin is very well equipped, the attention is very good by all the staff members.
