If you are looking to relax this is not the place. the heater is not working and they couldn't bring a technician. we were moved from room to room. in the next room the bathrooms have no water pressure so they came to try to fix it. i saw more maintenance than in the hotel. the pool with cold water. perfect for winter. definitely not the place to relax.

It's very unfortunate.

An unbeatable location, with beach service and a covered pool. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Come visit my sister and be enchanted. Get out of the building and be on the beach is priceless. Forget the car, or pilgrimage to the beach packed with bags.

We stayed for 2 weeks in the Carilo Sul Mare en el apart for 8 people (4 7). The apartment is spacious and with a nice view. I also consider that this place has several points to improve, especially in relation to the price we pay: 1) every afternoon when we return from the beach there is no hot water to bathe in and the cold water comes out with little pressure 2) although it includes cleaning service, does not wash all the dishes we need to wash, and on the other hand, I always replace the bathrooms with laundry as there is no oil and no toilet clean. There are fungi on the sides of the bathtub and in the bathroom ceiling.

Well, not so much for what we pay.

The apartments are very good (the view we had was excellent) but: We were two days without hot water. I recognize that they were busy giving a solution but we had no compensation for the inconvenience. The breakfast could be better - they carry it in wooden paper bags. The cleanliness is medium loose. Given these issues, the price-quality ratio is not convenient.
