We were in the duplex 101 which has a very large window with a view of the street, sky and trees. Super comfortable, with its two bedrooms, one en suite and its huge and luxurious bathrooms with bathroom. It is a few meters from the entrance to the beach and 500 meters from the shopping center.

In these apartment buildings with owners it doesn't matter which one has gone to (although there are common criteria for equipment not necessarily all are the same).We went to 214, which is a triplex that if one stands on the terrace you will see the sea behind other buildings. It doesn't have a direct view of the sea in general the entire building but by having the environments distributed on different floors, each floor with a balcony or terrace, and in our case seeing a beautiful tree is like being in a house, 50 meters from the sea and with all the amenities that the building has, outstanding is the stack of covered rooms for cold or unstable days.

Excellent combination of services and home life.

We spent a few beautiful days. The hotel has all the facilities that operate in perfect condition from 9 to 21 hs, air-conditioned pool, outdoor pool, sauna, spa sector, gymnasium. The depto is modern, spacious, and super bright. It has 3 levels, with rooms and two bathrooms at the bottom. The middle level is loft type, with kitchen, dining and living. On the top level is the grill with a mini pool jacuzzi (ideal!!!! type) Both levels have balcony. It is only 20 meters from the entrance to the beach and has its own coach.

The spot impeccable, we were in a triplex that has two bedrooms, one en suite and the other with its bathroom, outside the room, both with a maternal bed, in case you want to come in 6, there is a very comfortable and very nice sofa bed, fully equipped, with all the dishes and air conditioning in each room and in each room, the quincho on the third floor is very comfortable too!! The in-out pool with a totally pleasant temperature both the water and the heated part, has a dry sauna and a Finnish shower and in each individual Jacuzzi department outside!!

The entire stay was impeccable, from the attention to the amenities offered by these departments, they have the advantage of being in the grey area between a hotel and a department, feeling as if you are in a rented but hotel-friendly office, well located near the sea.

The three-room apartment we rented is very good, very comfortable and has everything needed to make the stay perfect.The receptionist's attention is right.I will surely return, a great experience.

It was 1 week accommodated in winter holidays, very new everything, excellent facilities, very good equipment, individual wifi for each department, of the few who have that service, very good, perhaps the only thing that would add as a passenger service are directions to operate some electrical components such as the kitchen, but very good, would return without problems.

A very good option, excellent salads.

Very nice apartments near the sea. we went to unit 114 and had no inconveniences, the kitchen may be a little small but we still managed well. the air-conditioned pool was fine. a place to recommend with good facilities and very affordable prices in the off season.

A rather comfortable complex, with good cleaning service and a good price. Very nice stacks, both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned. It is less than 100 meters from the walkway that leads directly to the beach, personal attention. It would not offer beach service and as an optional breakfast, as it has facilities but to date are not in use.
