I would like to highlight the excellent attention of all the hotel and restaurant staff. good mattresses, bedding and towels. we consider that the lack of maintenance, could be excellent if it were not for this. I call attention to the fact that every day they drained the soap and shampoo even though they were barely used, not only is it bad economically, but also environmentally unnecessary.

Good condition, largely due to the excellent care of the staff.

It’s a very nice hotel in the center of Caviahue. All people working there were very friendly and helpful as well. The location is very convenient as it is close to the ski resort. Actually, it’s a walkIng distance. I can’t think of a better option

A great hotel in a very nice village

For a positive start, the attention was between very good and excellent, both at the reception and at the restaurant, the rest was fairly regular. The basic facilities, lack of maintenance, decoration, if there is snow/rain there is no way out without mocking the feet. In the rooms only the beds and light tables, we missed some desk, cafeteria, silloncito, something to be expected to have a more comfortable stay... The breakfast was rich but also basic, there were no cheeses or fiambres for example, and the schedule until 10 am, for me it was nice to shorten for some winter vacations. The restaurant was very good, but with very few options, especially for boys, for example, they did not have thousands or miles, and I was left with the urge to eat chicken because they had not mentioned everything in the letter, surely we could not have done better.

I wouldn't go back unless I gave him a quality leap.

The room smelled a little. but we were changed. it has a pool table and a ping-pong diver for the kids. the food is EXCELLENT!! the receptionists are friendly. the breakfast is hot. the dip of the rest doesn't taste good, change it.

We enjoyed it very much, two suggestions just making fine. We loved the breakfast, the unforgettable bills and palm trees! we also would have liked that there could be yogurt and fruit. There were fruit salads, but we saw that almost no one consumed them, we thought it would be better to put fruit, bananas, apples and oranges. And in any case to make fewer fruit salads, in which the fruit oxidizes faster. If possible I would add hair dryers in the rooms. All this becomes a detail compared to the possibility that we were allowed to make two interviews there, which were the reason for the trip, we are very grateful!

Nice hotel, good beds and shower, pool table (needs an urgent change of clothes) and a metal table, and a dining room, impeccable restaurant and star-studded restaurant, very friendly staff.

We were there a few days ago. we arrived at x a reservation on the Internet that the people on the page offered us according to adults and children. we arrived there and were met by an employee unable to provide good care. we were accommodated and when the owner of the hotel arrived we wanted to do x to occupy a room of 4 and left us talking alone. instead of looking for a solution like a hotel wanted to do q we wanted to go and pay without occupying the room, the lady would think that we were not going to pay her, the owner of the room wanted to fix the situation offered us another offer which we accepted at 7 pm nowhere to go. we took two nights without a problem, he wanted quite a lot of money, but he wanted the attention of the owner as much as the employee hired at the moment.

The hotel is very well located on the main street (only paved, basic considering the snow! If you could park at the door), and very close to the ski center. It is a spacious hotel, with excellent heating and hot water, simple, with comfortable rooms and spacious windows. It has a fairly complete breakfast that is very rich. I recommend having dinner there because they have a pasta card and a few minutes all very rich! The attention is very good, all very friendly and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel has a ping pong table, a large TV to watch movies, a pool. It is an excellent option in terms of price-quality.
