The toilet paper is impossible to use, the breakfast is terrible: a slice of butter to share between two that is for a toast, the medialunas are very ugly and 1 per person. Hotel no recommended

We had to wait longer than we should for the delivery of the room, they were overworked and with bad attitude the staff.. not to mention the lack of breakfast and the minimal rations of food and dessert we went with medium pension and even the water of the thermo you were charged and at dinner time you were charged quite expensive drinks.The coordinator of the company PEDRAZA q was at the hotel already quite willing and at the time of entry as the departure from the hotel was past work it was flying very chaotic for the groups who traveled to the reception we were taken out at 8 pm from the room and the microwave at 12 pm and we didn't know what to do q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q q

They ruined my vacation.

The first thing I'm saying is that the photos I post on Tripadvisor don't show the reality of the hotel. The dining room has shared tables, or 10 or 12 people per table, with almost no seating space. The swimming pool is too small to be considered suitable for the number of people that stayed at the hotel; let alone the chlorine container that was constantly floating in the water... We delivered the SUCIA room! In the bathroom we wore pieces of used soap and hair in the bidet and the bag; we didn't have towels or soap or shampoo; as a toilet rug we left a towel on our floor. The saunas were roads and theirs. Obviously we complained about the conditions of the staircase.

I don't advise you to do this.

The cleanliness of the room, deplorable. The broken and dirty sheets. We complained to the coordinator, then after 3 hours they gave us the key but they had only rotated the sheets so that we didn't see that they were the same. We chose x to talk to the owner of the hotel and also to the offices of Pedraza. The owner of the hotel wanted to have him go and acknowledge the bankruptcies. Pedraza who charged the hire said that it was a problem of the hotel. We never had to replace the used pieces of soap x new and the towels we had to remove from the reception desk. After this last conversation with the owner we had to buy in a reception desk. We had to buy in a bar and a bar. They were in limbo for 4 days, 3 nights.

In every part of the hotel, there is a lack of maintenance and hygiene. It would give the impression that they don't use cleaning products, in fact they never smell, at least, a laundry. The dining room is very small, there is not even a table x room, x which you have to share with other tourists. The breakfast is unsightly. The room, very small sheets, very old and dirty. The towels are stained and it was noticed that at one time they were white, but now they were grisecitas. The hotel is on a street without asphalt. The last night we were there, we did a dinner show, beyond my personal taste, it was excessive volume, the vast majority of us started to barbeat and have a headache, x which we withdrew before the show ended.

The only good thing about it is its location.

The poor cleaning. On January 1 there were no staff, no changing towels and no toilet paper. The owners NEVER showed up. The employees were ashamed of the situation. We had to eat outside because the food was horrible. I would never come back and recommend not to try.

What a disaster!

My first trip was to my place (I was with COVID). The place was disastrous, the food was very bad. There was no one to complain to as long as the staff could not solve it. For example, if the toilet paper in the room was finished and the complaint was made, they complained that it was not there. On another occasion, one of the people came down in the morning with towels for their change, and they told him that they could not give them if they did not ask for the change from the two people occupying the room (stating that it is the last bedroom yet).

It was disastrous....

The marriage room without lighting tables, very small, the place where you can shower 80cm x 80cm. Not a vase to rinse your mouth and no place to leave the elements for shaving, very poor desyuno, pockets with the bad luck jumped, generally a porch not worth, no es,but a hotel.

Very bad overall.

Very poor, poor service, bad food, everything fine, no maintenance, the ugly place, the pile is very small and not equipped, the employees do their best to cover all this, they are very kind, but I do not recommend it!
