Beautiful hotel, conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown and in a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the street.The right room, the varied breakfast served in a brightly lit breakfast room overlooking the mountains.I definitely recommend it.

The Fantastic Hotel!

The attention of the breakfast hour is pretty bad, everything under COVID rules, with fences, the attention of employees who serve you the food as a precaution and collections is acceptable. But they talk to you and treat you badly, this attention system is too bad. Because if you want a quiet and comfortable breakfast, it's impossible. We the family group (5) had to stop one by one and had to say that we wanted to have breakfast with the girl, who in turn didn't have much patience. To all this you have to make a cola every time you want to order something. Then if you wanted to order two identical cookies.

Attention to detail.

The front and the reception, which look new or recently remodeled, have nothing to do with what the rooms are like, which are dark and with the furniture of the 1970s or so. Regarding the attention of the hotel people, the two girls at the reception were kind. On the contrary, the girls who serve in the dining room in the morning are quite unpleasant. Regarding breakfast, the option without a taccus leaves much to be desired. It consists of two kinds of rice cookies and a few box cookies. In any diet can be bought richer things. A shame, being that today millions of people make bread or make sweet things to offer. Especially because there are no tourists in the room, and the rest of the hotel is not offered in the same way as the rest of the hotel.

We stayed at the Cumbres Hotel, the guys at the reception are very kind and provide you with a place where you can go to the best places. Breakfast is complete and the girls are lovely. We've been there three times and they always looked after us in the best way possible!!!

The best place in the world and the best hotel.

The hotel is well located but with somewhat small and expensive rooms per category, USD 70 per night. The bathroom was also nice, the hotel has no luxury but the cleanliness is very good. The attention is very friendly, there is free parking with few covered cars or on the alley. Good wifi and breakfast, although due to COVID the staff can serve you whatever you want and it slows down.

The place is very nice. The facilities are fine. when the sauna was at the right temperature we had to go. they gave me my kids as a gift on the spa day for my 60th birthday. my daughter booked in time. they told her a price and we stayed a Sunday 15 minutes early as they said no one answered the phone, and finally when we communicated, instead of practically apologizing, I treated my daughter as a liar when she said she didn't have a missed call, notifying cancelled. he again gave me my booking because it had to be a day of the week, they didn't have the slightest flexibility with the schedule, and as we arrived a day later, it was a work day, because they left us a little time. the boy who attended us, good treatment, the sauna when we were finally at a very low temperature point, in truth, there was a little more than a missed call, and they accepted the gift, but they didn't even have the option to share it with me.
