The attention was good, Mariano was always willing to do anything to resolve any situation, the girls at the reception were very attentive, and always concerned that we would get along well, a beautiful experience, and made us feel at home, they almost always went to the cabin to ask if everything was all right or if we were missing something, willing to advise on the places to visit and meet (Mary and Isabel thanks) we are very pleased with the attention, the truth very commendable, and the beautiful view from where you look, if you are looking for a stop in El Calafate no la pens mas!!!

Winter holidays

We booked the cabins with my boyfriend with the idea of getting to know the Calafate cabin and spending a few days off, but unfortunately when we arrived at the cabins we did not find ourselves in the reflection of the photographs on the web page. We may have had a difficult time in the past, but now the facilities are very neglected. When we arrived there was no sign or administration to advertise. When we arrived we had to tap all the doors until we found a responsible cabin. When our guests did not know that we were arriving (we arrived in February, a month before) or at which cabin we were to stay, we did not find ourselves in the reflection of the photographs on the web page.

It's a terrible experience and not recommended.

In Calafate, Balcones was our favorite place, warm, simple and cozy, beautiful cabins with the best views of Los Andes, excellent Wi-Fi, Mariano and Fernando are the luxurious hosts, thank you very much!!!

Balconies of the Andes

A lovely cabin, beautifully mountainous, as I like it, and an amazing view. A Lagos and Cordillera Cordillera with eternal snow, super Recomendable, if you really love nature. This is the place, paradise and full of magic.... Moreover, it has everything you need to cover all the needs of your stay!

An impressive location, a view... in a nutshell, the great camaraderie of its owner.

The web page is a total lie, it is possible that those photos are from 20 years ago, beyond the despair, the neglected and dirty, they are totally unsafe, the heating, the plugs, nothing works, two knives, a plate, dirty towels, I'm left because I couldn't find another place to stay.

It's to recommend, we went with the family and had a beautiful time, the very nice cabin, good heating, a majestic view both day and night, Mariano's attention is excellent from the first moment, always prepared for a need or advice.

 Magical Place

The very nice cabin, good care, the owner of the place was always available, very good view from the panoramic cabin. The very recommended and quiet place for people looking to rest. Iria again without a doubt.

A genius, first-rate care, super affordable prices, comfort at 100! Beautiful view, location and peace above all. Very hostile and above all good air. A place to come without hesitation and enjoy!!!!

We had paid for the cabin for 10 people called Ensueños.When we arrived we realized that it was a nightmare.The first thing we felt was a terrible smell of gas, when we asked them to review it, they lit a lighter, with us inside to demonstrate that it was not a loss (less bad, because we were flying).The windows were not opened, the state of cleaning was terrible, carpets were vacuumed, covered with dirty socks, plug-ins without caps, entrepôt without protection (a hole for the paper any child /a could fall, which we were told was, because no one had fallen).Jacuzzi with a hanger, humidity in silos, rare (TOAS Tujas), a closing that had a similar family that had a closed door to the city, and then we were able to pay for a lot of money for the tourism.

The photos posted are a total lie on their website and are not accurate or have been for years.

Beautiful cottages Very good attention, the gentleman very respectful and attentive to every detail, a beautiful, warm place with a beautiful view and location near the center🤗 I highlight order and cleanliness, with my family we are very much in line.
