Pro: pool area is nice
Con: On the day of checkout, we were asked to leave the entire premises at the time of checkout. I have stayed in over 100 hotels all over the world and all are happy for you to use the pool/outdoor areas after you checkout of your room. Checkout is 10am. We were going to sit quietly by the pool area till 2.30 pm while we wait for our bus. Management would allow us to stay till 1pm if we paid for almost the cost of another full night of accommodation. To stay till 8pm the fees was TWO FULL NIGHTS OF ACCOMODATION! We had to catch an earlier bus to Posadas. I wanted to take the afternoon bus which is one hour less travelling and after a day by the pool my 3yo would be tired and rest in the bus. Instead they allow me to stay till 11.30am and watch while I leave with a hysterical child to the bus station and catch an earlier bus. How can they say they are family friendly? Who would force a little boy away from a pool he is playing in? We just wanted to sit by the pool for a couple of hours. We would have been no trouble. It makes me cry to think about it and sours our entire trip to Puerto Iguasu. If you have children, stay somewhere else. I would never stay here again and would never recommend this place to anyone.
To the management: when people are travelling, they are vulnerable. You are in a position to prey on their vulnerability like a pack of vultures, or you can be true hosts. I hope you choose to be hosts in the future. You don't need to be the vulture. Your behaviour yesterday was disgusting and the two of you should be ashamed.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with good private bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic; one of the best we have had in 12 months travelling! Staff were really friendly, and provided excellent information about the falls.

The hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the town centre, however the bus to the falls passes the end of the street which is very useful!

Good place to stay

We traveled together with my 4.5 year old son and welt a bit lost arriving first into Puerto Iguassu, but it changed very fast and we started felt like we were at home. Enrique and his wife made us feel very cosy introducing the surroundings, explaining every detail about Iguassu falls, also helping us to call taxis and recommending best places to eat. The swimming pool was particularly nice and children friendly. And last but not least: what a nice weather!

Superior customer service

Stayed in an apartment here for 5days Enrique and his family are so helpful.                        Everything ,rooms pool grounds were spotless would highly recommend to all 10 out 10.when in iguazu this is the place to stay

Wonderful place

Had a fantastic stay at Iguassu Flower Garden. The owner,  Enrique was great,  friendly and always helpful.  Spent a day around the pool, with a bbq to finish off. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast good. 

Great Stay.

Slightly jungle like (in a good way) in downtown Iguazu. The owner speaks some English and is extremely helpful. His son speaks good English, has a taxi and is also very helpful. The rooms are decent and spacious. I would certainly go there again.
