We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years.
In this last time it was in a room of an adequeate size, with a view to the front, mini fridge, soft towels. The hotel is clean, perfectly located in a quiet area, at walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Friendly front desk and sweet and helpful young lady in charge of the excellent free breakfast.

Perfect location for a quiet stay

If I could give this hotel a minus, I would. The most disturbing part is that we had gone out on our last night & my husband went back to our teen daughters’ room to retrieve a forgotten item. When he opened the door he surprised a front desk worker who was in their room. We had the “do not disturb” on their door & there was absolutely no reason for him to be in the room. The man gave a ridiculous story for why he was in the room. However, we feel strongly that he was going through their things. Items in both our rooms were not as they had been left. We feel like had my husband not returned when he did- we would have been robbed. 
Even if this event had not occurred- the hotel was awful. It reeks of cigarette smoke smell even though it’s supposed to be nonsmoking. The rooms are dusty. They claimed we couldn’t use the parking garage even though it’s offered as an amenity to self park for $18 a Day  and it was not full. The night desk staff were extremely rude & unhelpful. 
The only positive was the young man who helped us with our luggage. He was the only person who was polite & helpful. 

Horrible! We surprised a front desk worker in our room

The hotel is well located, clean, rooms are a bit small but comfortable. The staff is very helpful. There is a golf course a couple of blocks away and the beach is a block from the hotel. WIFI is good and free. The breakfast buffet is also quite good (cold food only). I recommend it.

Small, clean, great staff

First of all I have to clear out me and my friends are 22 years old that went to mardel for fun. The rooms and bathroom are a little small but didn't bother us, same as to there isn't an elevator but there are just two floors. Besides that the breakfast is great with a lot of options, absolutely all the staff are nice and see to your requests. The location of the hotel is also great since it's one block away from the street with restaurants and also can walk to the beach. Overall it's a very nice hotel and would go again. 

Great!! Absolutely recommend 

Very nice, clean, perfectly located and comfortable hotel. Our room was a bit small, bathroom even smaller. We know larger rooms are available upon request. Friendly service and very good free breakfast. The only disappointment was the parking place. On premises there's only room for two cars. If occupied upon arrival you must leave your car somewhere else, two blocks away.
