The descent.

I won't say that we were treated badly because we were lying, they were watchful. We arrived at midnight in Mendoza and fell to spend the night there in despair. Big mistake. They opened the door of the cabin and we were killed by the dirty smell, humidity and cloaca that was there. We had a burned anafe. The pillows had not been changed, they smelled of saliva and man's hair, in addition to the notorious dirt of the use. An air conditioner from the oldest one that existed. The room was filled with soap. We only had to buy soap, champagne and air conditioner. My husband sat in a chair and got out of his seat.

Cleaning is zero.

I was there last summer and the attention of my wonderful Javier, my little girl, still remembers him very fondly, 100% recommended, the team working there makes you feel at home, all very friendly.The only thing that would improve is the cleaning and the pool, since it is not a swimming pool you have to worry about changing the water or getting chlorine so that it does not fill with dirt.

With my husband and son, we stayed at the Apart Hotel a few days ago, everyone's attention was excellent, there were some minor failures, but everything was solvable. Most of all thanks to the good readiness for orientation of places, to shop and lunch. If we travel to Mendoza again, we will stay there again. Very good family atmosphere, if you can sleep with enough peace, the cleanliness of the rooms is very good. a great hug and kiss from Viña del Mar, to the team of the Aprt Hotel.- carolina.

Personnel is excellent.

We arrived in Mendoza on a public holiday and were approached Florencio at the bus terminal with beautiful pictures of a couple of hotels. Given that we werent booked in anywhere until the next day, we came to Adino.  We should have just said no to the room when we saw it, but the longer we stayed the worse it got - no tv working, heating broken, no wifi although we were told it worked, no internet working in free room, the chain smoking female receptionist filling the breakfast room with her cigarettes smoke, no towels, no toilet paper, filthy stove, and the worst pillows I have ever seen in my life.  We stay in nice accommodation and we also back pack so have seen the extremes.  This was just a really bad experience. Spend your money elsewhere.
