This is a great location for restaurants and nightlight bars, and the hotel is quiet, as it is behind all of the street action.  It has a very good front desk attendant, and the rooms are cheaper if you pay for the next night at the office (20% less).  That said, the hot water is only enough for one person as it is a small, in-room tank; it takes 20 min. to renew.  The mattress was old, the towel thin, old and grayish.  Check-out is at 10am.

However, do not expect a hotel experience, concierge not equipped for bookings further than the companies they recommend/ are in partnership with. Rooms not as clean and tidy as in pictures.

This is a small, yet well run property featuring suites with small kitchens.  Half a block from the bar and restaurant street of Aristides Villanueva, but with none of the noise.

The reception is manned 24/7, they are very welcoming and will go out of their way with suggestions and recommendations.  There is a small pool area, which looks nice.

The rooms (or apartments) are simple, but well kept.  Mine had one room with a king size bed, which was super comfortable, and another with two single beds.  There was one bathroom, a small kitchen and a table to sit down and eat something small.  Everything has a/c, but I preferred to just open the windows in the evening when it refreshes.  Breakfast is served in the room, at the time you desire (or 10' after asking for it), and is ok.

All in all a good experience, just note that in order to qualify for the VAT rebate for tourists and pay by card, you'll have to take some photocopies of your passport and entry stamp into Argentina on the street.  A bit complicated, but it worked out fine for me.

Excellent location

If you are not planning to stay in a winnery and if you do not care for super fancy places, Quinta Suites is the perfect place to stay in Mendoza. It is extremely well located, a few steps from Calle Aristides Villanueva, where you will find really nice restaurants, bars and people (and there is a lovelly bakery as neighbour of the hotel). The hotel is really clean, with modern appearence and really, really comfortable. And the staff is no les than perfect. Mrs Adriana and the team are extremelly helpful and friendly, making you remember how nice is to stay in a small hotel, with a more closer and warmer atmosphere. The only cons are the water  heather (that is located inside the room and is a gas model) and the fact that the hotel does not accept cards (you may get mad when you arrive and discover it, but they will treat you so nicely that by the end you will not remember about it, especially considering that the hotel rate is really good when comparing to other options in Mendoza - and remeber - lots of places in Argentina does not accept cards).

Excelent option in the centre of Mendoza

All the comforts in a very trendy neighborhood with tons of bars and restaurants.  The owners were very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable.  We would be happy to stay here again. They let us check in at 9am after a long trip, and then even brought us breakfast.

Perfect location

Apartment with large bedroom (double bed), clean and spacious. Conveniently located just off a main road with plenty of restaurants and bars. Friendly, professional staff who responded promptly to our emails and requests - recommended local places, booked remises/minicabs efficiently and served breakfast always on time (you fix the time and it's brought up to the room!). Not a luxury stay, but certainly includes all the home comforts.
