Very bad experience with this hotel since booking, changing rates and not respecting what is published on the website, raising the values excessively against what is published, not allowing to book per page, small rooms, too much humidity, poor ventilation, poor brightness, putting a bed in the living-dining-kitchen, further reducing the spaces, not allowing to use the pool when promoting it on the website, no dan breakfast, not what the hotel looks like, the only good thing is the location of a square meter of Av Aristides, no TV in the rooms, heating systems and air conditioning rested with many shortcomings.

Excessive tariffs, no foreign reservations allowed, no is what it seems.

This is a great location for restaurants and nightlight bars, and the hotel is quiet, as it is behind all of the street action.  It has a very good front desk attendant, and the rooms are cheaper if you pay for the next night at the office (20% less).  That said, the hot water is only enough for one person as it is a small, in-room tank; it takes 20 min. to renew.  The mattress was old, the towel thin, old and grayish.  Check-out is at 10am.

Great location, good price BUT

I was recently staying with my husband and a couple of friends at the Quinta & Suites Apart Hotel in Mendoza. The hotel has an excellent location, next to one of the busiest streets in the city (Av. Aristides Villanueva), which is full of bars and good restaurants. The accommodation is simple and the space is not enough for a couple. It consists of a suite, a small kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, cabinets and piazza. In addition, it has a living room with chains and a table with four chains. The hotel has a very pleasant pool, a superb balcony and we have no academy. The apartment is our real and affordable hotel. The hotel also served our guest's reception. The hotel has a large and affordable price. The booking price of this booking was not enough for all of us. The rain doesn't leave this room in the hotel, the room is heated by a water heater system, which had not been charged enough for the charging during the day. A $1,222, $2, $2, and a $2, $2, $2, and

I stayed at this hotel with my family (son 5 years old, my mother and sister) in January. We stayed in a room for 4 people, which was divided into two areas, one with a single bed and another with two single beds. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served in the room, with bread, fruit, cold, milk and coffee. Nothing exaggerated, but it met our expectation. There is a swimming pool, which helps on hot days, especially with children. It is almost on the corner of Aristides Villanueva, which is an avenue with several options of bars and restaurants. Simple and economical option, I recommend.

Good option - clean and practical

A nice, comfortable, well-attended place near Calle Aristides where there is an interesting culinary centre, with everything needed to have a good stay, the breakfast for our customs very well.

Very good rest.

I highlight as positive the location, very close to the Arístides Villanueva Street, a new and interesting tourist attraction of Mendoza, to get to know. The product price ratio is reasonable. The attention is cordial. It is unforgivable that having more than 24 departments, have a coach for under 18, an odyssey to park the car, being a service they offer.

The highlight of this Apart Hotel is undoubtedly its location near terraces and restaurants.However, the bathroom is blind (without windows) and small, the TV is embedded in the living room without the possibility of watching TV in the room, the parking is complicated if there are many guests and, the breakfast is somewhat poor and poorly presented.The impressionable thing about the management of this Apart Hotel is that they do not have a photocopier and that passengers have to walk a few blocks to do so.However, generally the staff is friendly and the room is quite good.

Very little functional!!

We chose this apart because it was well located and seemed to be the right place to spend a good vacation in Mendoza. Here's my appreciation: Please: - The location is nice, you can swim a little and cool down. Correct, but not grand enough.

We arrived in Mendoza without accommodation, there was no availability anywhere for the final of the Argentine Cup, they offered us an apartment on the ground floor for 5 people, super comfortable and complete, very good care.

Excellent location.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. The location is excellent, close to the center and many restaurants and bars. You can walk 3 minutes and choose good places to eat and drink. The rooms are comfortable too. We stay in a room for 4 people. The room is divided into two rooms. The breakfast is served in the room, you just call the reception and ask within the time it is served. The coffee is simple, but enough. The only thing we felt was lack of mirror, because there is only one mirror in the bathroom. We were in 3 women, so it was a little difficult to stay with only one mirror. The service is also good. I recommend!
