The hotel is excellent! The room is comfortable, has a heal, cable TV, a window that leads to the garden, the bathroom is large and very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. The garden is huge, it was impeccable, it has an incredible view of the mountains. The stack is beautiful. The reception was very friendly. The breakfast is very complete, buffet. The location is perfect, close to the main avenue but also close to more natural spaces. We will definitely return.

The hotel is very nice, special for resting, clean, well cared for and very friendly staff.We traveled on a tour to El Abuelazo, organized by the group Clima.We spent five days with breakfast, lunch and dinner before hiring the tour inform the agency that I am Celiaca and on arrival there I found myself with total ignorance of the staff to avoid cross-contamination with gluten of the food, while before my complaints the staff did everything possible to improve the service without reaching out to the unknown that it is an autoimmune disease and most products contain gluten, such as fiambres, cheeses, natural peaches, etc. except the indicated sinC and that in an immediate way damage our intestines with subsequent consequences.The hotel's administration in Celiac is properly informed about the disease and the treatment of the people who are not prepared for it, thanks to the help of the medical staff who are not prepared for it.

My wife and I visited several times, the last time in April 2023. a very large, well-located hotel, beautiful Spanish colonial architecture overlooking the mountains, a huge park with an uncovered pile, very well maintained. a very good price for the amenities it provides. it has hotel rooms, and apartments. we always go to the Apartment and off-season. excellent care from all staff, and a magnificent willingness to solve any problems. during the stay we were given several hands. (we forgot a cafeteria in the department. we sent it quickly to Buenos Aires, and no one charged us for shipping..) an ideal hotel to relax and have a good time. we will return, and recommend it.

Tuor al Abuelazo in the village of Merlo.

Very good care, excellent breakfast, spacious and comfortable facilities... beautiful park and swimming pool. Ideal for family visits... has children's games in the park. The rooms are large... very comfortable, have armchairs, signs, safety deposit box... and the 10-room shower....super hot water. Covered carriages. It is close to the center and very good restaurants Very recommended.

I was touched by a room that had damp spots on the ceiling and there was a slight smell of moisture. The mattress was old. That's why everything else is fine. The bathroom is beautiful. The cleanliness is good. The architecture of the hotel is very nice. The view and the beautiful garden are very pleasant. It's beautiful to enjoy at any time. The breakfast is simple but with everything you need. The carriages are good.

This apart hotel is located at the foot of the Comenchingones hill with a prime view and close to the center of Merlo which can be reached on foot.The hotel has an old colonial style and a good breakfast, however the lack of maintenance is noticeable in the bathrooms, carpets.The air is not centralized, perhaps a ventilator would be useful in the rooms.The garden is very nice.

Hermosa Vista, with little maintenance.

Excellent location but very poorly managed. Maintenance shone through its absence. TV in the room of TUBO. in this era of unbelief. I was unhappy. Already entering the room 2O smelled of a lack of cleanliness and no improvement in my stadium (cleaning staff no da abasto y son muy amables) as well as in reception.The stack is quite large but with turbid water, empty children's stack and with remnants of drawn things. Talks totally destroyed. In a few words a disaster.

El Apart Hotel & Spa has a privileged but extremely neglected location. The excellent stack of trash was blown away by a total abandonment. the stack of trash passed only once during the week of our stay. the shower to enter the stack, canceled. the one foot dry. and the stack for children empty. unfortunate!!! the grill sector was totally neglected, no one recognized the carbon residue used in the grills, it accumulated in a spot under the grill. In the same sector a piece of trash was reboiled for a week. with respect to the rooms, the stack was empty and in more than one case there was an opportunity to reclaim the towels and bathroom towels. The breakfast was acceptable. The hotel's reception was acceptable.

Bad experience.

A very nice hotel, a rich breakfast with covid care, a beautiful park with a pool in which you can enjoy nature and rest. We saw a lot of birds and even a little fox! It has tables, chairs, bank, etc. You can eat without a problem there. The hotel staff is very attentive. To improve, the WiFi signal that didn't reach the room well and the air conditioning in the room that touched us was central and difficult to control. Anyway, I saw that in several rooms there was new equipment, so I think they are improving it a little bit.
