I stayed only one night out of season. The hotel is well-located but poorly maintained (laundry and toilets overflowing) The bedroom has a freezer, and views to the pool and the river. I had other guests on the sides of my room and no noise was heard. The bathroom is large, but annoying to shower, as it splashes enough and the dryer has to be passed to leave the bathroom floor dry. I never got to watch the TV, and the internet signal was bad. The breakfast is varied, lots of baking, some fruits, yogurt, cereals... The parking lot is packed and is in the front alley, there is no trouble for up and down receptions, as there is a vehicle entrance to the hotel.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the Casa Blanca Hotel in Mina Clavero due to my recent experience with them. I made a reservation directly with the hotel and paid a deposit to secure the room. However, due to unforeseen medical circumstances, I had to cancel my reservation more than 120 hours in advance. Despite providing sufficient notice, the hotel refused to refund the money. The refund is not a hotel policy, I was told at the reception. I was extremely frustrated and discouraged by the hotel's lack of consideration for the situation. As a consumer, I expected the hotel to act in good faith and I hope that the deal was fair in response to the cancellation. It is disappointing that the hotel did not meet these expectations and has shown a degree of concern for the customer's satisfaction.

 Terrible attendance!

The clarification of the title of this opinion is decisive for the hotel's rating.We had no problems with the garage, but obviously, in season, there are not enough rooms across the street from the hotel.As for the room, there is nothing to object to - the same as breakfast - considering the rating of a three-star rating.

The hotel is very nice, the location is privileged, the view to the river, the comfort of the room, spacious, beautiful, with all the amenities, extreme cleanliness. Very conformed and grateful. Very special should be the mention of the kindness and attention to the guest of Analía, who is in every detail, always ready, cordial, professional, highly qualified for her role. Thank you!!

What a wonderful surprise!

The room that touched us is not a 3-star.Old, noisy, air-conditioned and not cool enough in a very hot room.There is no mirror in the room.The bathroom needs an urgent remodeling.The bathroom curtain falls, there is no bathroom carpet or toilet seat.The uncomfortable bathroom, nothing can be supported, an old and small mirror.The breakfast is excellent, the pool area overlooking the beautiful river, although there are no umbrellas.The attention is excellent.No taras or antecedents are accepted.

The hotel doesn't have any available carriages.They sell you that they have carriages in the front and two blocks, but in the front you have to leave the key because no more than four cars and two blocks come in.

They don't have cocheras available.

I haven't stayed in a hotel in a long time, where the owners are present to look after the needs of the passenger. In this case the owner and her daughter, from the first moment I entered the hotel, showed a willingness to advise us and ensure that our stay was good. For a situation that does not come to this review, but that generated a discomfort for me and my wife, the owner relocated us to a room of superior quality at the same price. The bedroom service is excellent, very pleasant to the staff. In the hotel all the protocols for the pandemic are met, which gives one a lot of tranquility when moving. The hotel supermarket, with a good familiar pioneer on the Clavero River, has a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

Because of the pandemic, I did not have the opportunity to get to know the hotel and its amenities.What I could get to know was the lack of respect and rude manners that I cannot mention through this medium due to the highly ordinary words that were uttered by Mr. Juan Carlos, when requesting information regarding the expenses he had to discount from the signal.

Maltreatment is not enough.

Cordiality, service and always willing to settle for a pleasant stay.The view of the Rio from the picina is enjoyed at all times.The rooms are comfortable especially the one of the highest category.

Estadía placentera is a placental stage.

Excellent hotel The best location, followed by the exceptional care. I highly recommend it. Only it is not good parking, they should see how to fix it. But it is the only one and as it is a block from the center it is walking and ready.
