The owner was alone on the first day when he charged us. The owner was only there the first day when he charged us. The owner saved the firefighters from Diego. Very respectful, kind and helpful. We personally brought breakfast, and we solved all the problems. He changed the mattress, brought us another veiler xq there was only one. Also toilet paper. It's a pity because the place is quiet and beautiful but it looked terrible because of the cleanliness and lack of kitchen utensils.The rooms are cleaned. In the end, many details can be solved. Excellent care from Nicolas.they are very good cabins with everything we need for a good stay.The place with direct access to the river with private entrance.very quiet to rest.The pool is very good.In our case it rained one day and we played a pool.ya that has a games room.recommended.thank you nico y family.

We were told that every 48 hours they cleaned the cabins and changed the sheets. We were 72 hours and nothing like that happened. No toilet paper was replaced. We had maintenance problems, the bathroom was gone, the safe was gone, the lights were on.

Good location, poor service.

It is unfortunate that in a place so beautiful, so well located with the possibility of having an optimal stay, this room is lost due to the poor disposition of the person responsible for the place. I will try to summarize it, when we arrived we had access to the premises thanks to a car that entered it and followed it. There is no reception, administration or anyone to attend to it, walking through the establishment we found the maid who pointed out which room was assigned to us, that the key was in the door and that we could accommodate us. The room left much to be desired, had two small beds of different sizes, the air conditioning was practically no compiaba (approximately 37°) and other details. One night while we were walking around, we were asked that no resumers came to change the emergency room of the premises.

We were married to a 2-year-old girl. We had reservations to enter the monoambiente on Saturday 19/01/19 at the monoambiente, we called the day before and our reservation was not registered, Mrs. Alicia (owner) tells us to go as it is. Upon arrival, after paying the remaining 70% of the reservation, we entered the milkshake which she calls medioambiente. The fridge didn't cool down and apologized saying that the electricity was in the back. We had to call her repeatedly so that after 5 hours we could change. The criminal amount was two beds of 1 square feet but with a height difference.
