Ideal for resting and relaxing. Complete and with excellent layout., spacious and comfortable rooms. Air-conditioned kitchen, very good restaurant and with affordable prices and beach a block away. Excellent price for everything it offers. Very recommended.

Excellent attention and service.

Considering the hotels in Necochea, it must be one of the best I know. Very good care. The upper room in which we stayed had individual air conditioning and was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very rich, varied and abundant. The days I wasn't on the beach had the air-conditioned pool as a very good option.

Very good hotel.

We ordered a chicken menu in Portuguese for my wife and intoxicated dawn. I ordered a rice with shrimp (crudos e insipidos). My daughter came to some sorrentinos who just tried and left almost the entire dish. Afterwards a regular quality fruit salad. It was so bad that the complaint was made in Dirección de Turismo.

Restaurant Malisimo!!

The photos were better than they really are. It's an old hotel, in good condition. The parking lot is elsewhere. The internet connection was not good and the pool has a very friendly way of getting there because to avoid going through a lounge on the ground floor, you have to go up to the first floor and down the wooden stairs again (not recommended for kids/olders) I was noticed by the check-out at 10am and asked to delay it for two hours (as is usually the case and as I planned the trip), but they did not accept. The rooms have no electricity, cafeteria, water in the room. The fridge is empty. One of the nights when there was a music bar allowed me to have an alternative dinner. Maybe it is styled this way but not that I find the floor in 4 Hours of Destination 4 Stars.

Price/Calidad is unrelated.

Hotel recommended. The price does not match the quality of the rooms. Lack of renovation. Very good location, in the center. There are two restaurants on the block and a pharmacy in a corner. Own parking. In the room you could not rest in peace because the window faced the pool area and it was very noisy.

The booking in this hotel was an emergency solution, as Necochea was almost sold out at the time. Why this place finds such an appeal remains a mystery to me. Hotel is a 4* hotel but at best a 2/3* hotel. It was our first subcontract in 4 weeks that did not meet our expectations in any way. Old house, loud, completely destroyed by various extensions.
