This is the second time I've been to the hotel. I gave him an opportunity because while it is a very precarious place the hygiene was remarkable. reserve in December and never challenged me, I wrote them through all the networks but never answered me. I wanted to cancel because they did not answer me and they charged me for the whole thing, so I decided to keep it. on arrival I was nowhere noted, called the manager, the most unpleasant person I met in Necochea, charged me higher than a figure in the reserve (11 thousand pesos per 3 nights, I was charged almost 14 thousand), after registering I was given the key to a different place, supposedly a hotel annex, in another and more convenient direction. this time you come across a dirty place, the place was dirty, the humidity was abandoned, a guy who had a ventilator, a private bathroom that worked from the outside of the building, but the rooms in the hotel had a clean room, but the rooms in the front of the hotel had a clean bathroom, and they always had a clean room with a clean bathroom.

Bad experience since the reservation.

We had a terrible experience. we had booked a room in the hotel that is located on the avenue. when we arrived, they had sold the reservation to someone else, although they had confirmed it in Booking. for this reason, we were assigned room n•2 of the annex that was left behind. the bad moment we had was indescribable. we wanted to open the door of the room twice in the morning, the bed was split in half, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty and smelled of rotting. we could not sleep all night!!! despite having a cheap price, I don't know I recommend it to anyone!

It was horrible!!!!

It's simple, small, but it has everything. Good rest, good breakfast, a common place to prepare for the mat or snack, ice cream, microwaves and utensils that come very well for those hours when you want to have a breakfast. And the attention of the cargo staff... a wonder!. I assure you that we have been to many hotels in Necochea, but this is the first we would choose to spend the summer again in that beautiful city. All we ask is that it continues like this, that we feel at home and that if anything changes (although there are always details or things to improve), it will be fine; so far we have a good price/quality relationship. I fell in love with Florence!

We went to the hostel which is a block from the hotel.If you can cook and store drinks comfortably, it is a great savings.Close to the park, bakery and supermarket.It is a fair price and a hostel not suitable for exquisite.The very good care, we would like to return.

Nos sentimos commodos is the way we feel.

It's a 2-star hotel with breakfast.The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.The atmosphere is very pleasant and the care is excellent.It has a common space for heating water and storing things in the fridge.The area is beautiful, a block from the park, and in winter and summer it should be very sought after by the proximity to the beach.

 Economical and recommended.

For 2 or 3 nights it's fine, it's good for sleeping.The hotel is picturesque, well-arranged but the rooms are old, the bathroom is the worst of all, very small, without division at all when one bathes, if one eats everything.That would be the loosest, the rest pretty good especially for the price.

Spectacular care, tourist advice, taking care of our luggage  extra time, very friendly. The room is very clean. Good point: next to the park, fruit and vegetable shops, and a store with good price in the same block. Vajilla and kitchen. Hot water  that sells quickly. Nice patio. Good service of towels and sheets. Wi-fi in the room is very unreachable, but in the common room it went very well!

It is excellent.

We didn't recommend it because we didn't like the hotel's facilities. The staff is very friendly, wi-fi works well and hot water in the shower is available quickly. The location is good, close to the beach, downtown and the park. So far, we're fine. We didn't want to re-select it, as we consider that this is a low-cost hotel, the rooms we know are not at all pleasant to our judgment. We assigned room 8, which is very old, if you want to shower the whole bathroom, bathroom, bathroom, bathroom, bathroom, since the bathroom is without a good division. The door of this room was very comfortable, room does not reach the bathroom, the reason why we entered the room is that all the rooms were in the same room.

Nice location, but we wouldn't return.

We stayed here at the end of July - we had not booked anything before arriving. Most hotels were closed for July. La Florencia is run by the owners and I recommend highly-  also you are supporting a local business!. It is like a hostel as you have a kitchen area so you can make mate, tea etc whenever you care for it. Clean, comfortable, warm rooms and relaxed atmosphere. 10min walk from beach and the park/wood is right beside hotel. Supermarket and verduleria (fruit n veg shop) next door also. Stay here.
