While the hotel was bypassed, the facilities are old and neglected.On arrival I was charged 10% more for having paid through MercadoPago with a credit card, not only do they not warn this at the time of payment, they are transferring their credit cost to the customer...poor.From the room that gives to the garden people's voices are heard until late in the afternoon.We couldn't even touch the breakfast, terrible.No parking could be made for more kids....no pickup.The bathroom and the room in general, clean.The fridge was off when we arrived.

Malo, viejo y mala atención

The pool is totally careless, full of mohos, very dirty... the breakfast is the saddest thing I've ever seen, no fruit for the kids, the last night I stay, the air conditioning didn't work, and I'm not even refunded anything for what happened... No selling varied food, just sushi and ceviche and that's boring!

Poor attention span, water problems, running out of water and hot water running out quickly, poor breakfast...cleaning leaves much to be desired...only some rooms have a refrigerator...

There is no more violence.

We were staying with a large group but not enough to occupy all their rooms. We only occupied 7. We were running out of water. We had no blankets and food at breakfast which was also very bad. There was no explanation for this except that they barely invited you out if you didn't like it. We were promised the full package and it didn't have 10 cm of water. On the web they say the rooms are cold and only 2 of them had. The TV of a room from the 1920s and above was with the tube so it looked green. The beds were very bad, with minimal mattresses. We were told that they would make 10% of the advance payment and the final application according to their computer system solution that in appearance did not discount the laws of cleanliness, but the 10% was the 8%.

Nothing is recommended.

It's a nice hostel to stay for business or family, it should be noted that it doesn't have a restaurant, only breakfast but in a few blocks there are certain restaurants.The building is nice and clean, the attention is excellent and the price for the area accessible.It has a swimming pool, not large but in general terms good for a heat situation.

It looks like a house converted into a hostel. Excellent attention from the Venezuelan couple in charge of the hostel. Good price. Comfortable triple room, complete, good quality beds, good rest. Right pool, perhaps out of chlorine but well maintained. It would lack a little dedication to the park than the neighborhood and some more rest. The area is not the best in Neuquén but is very quiet and easily accessible. A little scarce breakfast, excellent marmalade house with peonies! They allow you to use the dining area to consume your own food on the spot using these facilities. Parking with few cars but also make room in the circulation spaces so that all cars stay within the property.

Excellent location on the banks of the Limay River. Good staff disposition with very friendly treatment. Linda's outdoor swimming pool has a grill sector. Excellent breakfast abundant and varied.

Located in the vicinity of the Limay River and just a block from the Av, Olascoaga (which along with its continuation, Av. Argentina, forms the main avenue of the city of Neuquén), is located in a very quiet and retirement sector, ideal for enjoying a few days of relaxation without leaving the city.

A hostel to enjoy rest and tranquility.

The place can be considered normal, although I found it a little lacking in cleanliness in the outdoor sectors.The rooms are very old, just like the furniture.The bathroom needs to be remodeled.In the place of breakfast no one attends, this is a problem of the place, one feels lonely, especially at night.I would never stay in this hostel again.

A little bit of desolation

Directed to Bariloche, for a pleasant stop nothing better than Casa Bonita in Neuchen. A small green oasis, almost in the middle of the Patagonian desert. The rooms with very clear furnishings, very clean and well maintained in all the details. Colorful bathrooms, fresh with natural scents, remind you of lush landscapes rather than a windy city with the sand flying everywhere. Breakfast is then another pleasant surprise that you won't expect except in highly starred hotels. The ingredients are all fresh and of excellent quality, with cakes, homemade marmalades. The hospitality is also excellent and of great class.
