It was a sad and unfortunate experience, I was going somewhere at 10 o'clock at night, and at 7 o'clock I was going (because I couldn't get anything done before) because of the deplorable conditions in which the department was located.

The deplorable department, I had to leave.

For the second time I visited this complex for fifteen days (my previous visit was three years ago) and I was very disappointed. Zero maintenance during these years, dirty curtains and with cracks, sofa with elastic bottom, dirty fridge and with ice for several months, elevator that didn't work most days despite my constant complaints considering that the pile is on the third floor, irregular visits to the pool at dawn, faulty hygiene in bathroom artifacts, closure everywhere, the deck of the apartment had important holes and the deck of the pool had loose tables with nails to the view and the edge of the lake and with more rotten wood and millimeters and a half.

Sad second visit.

The apartment complex is very nice. It has a flat room with a flat TV and warm air conditioning. Then a sofa bed for 2 in the living room also with a TV and air. Full kitchen, grill and balcony. Most of the grill and parking are very crowded. A highlight is that it has an air-conditioned pool on the terrace. The only thing that would be missing is a little maintenance, as there are details such as the deck of the terrace, bedside tables, details of the stables that are rotten and attached with wires. The rest is perfect.

Centric, spacious, lush, clean, spacious. they have everything I was looking for, very complete, two cool hot airs, two LEDs, direct TV, everything, everything. The owners are super attentive at all times.

Excellent. Good breakfast in the room. Very good cleanliness. All amenities with swimming pool on the top floor (I couldn't use it because it was winter but it looks very nice in the facilities. The unobtainable attention. We were given freedom for the departure time.

The place is modern, well-furnished apartments, fair rooms. It is a quiet place. All the elemental kitchen elements. The rooms and facilities are in good condition. The breakfast is complete simple, but with plenty of elements suitable for the family. Adding to the place the ban on smoking within the department, can be annoying for non-smokers.

It's a very good idea.
