It is not a well-adapted and accessible place for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.The rooms need maintenance (because of humidity and general cleanliness).Good breakfast and attention are ok.

I had more expectations. I CAN improve.

It's a very nice place to relax. It has a huge park with outdoor pool, air conditioning, a gym with ping-pong, metegol and table games. The large, comfortable room, with freezer and safe. The bathroom with bathtub and comfortable as well. The breakfast consists of half-mooners, toasted and fat squares, butter, untable cheese and jam and the infusion you want to repeat. Hot and cold water is available for free all day. The staff is very friendly, very attentive to our needs, we arrive at night and we were told to accommodate ourselves and go to dinner, which there was no need to pay for. We recommended places and gave directions to get to the same quiet places.

The hotel has a very basic location as you can do some things on foot and it is close to the bars The facade is very picturesque, the rooms are chic, basic and almost without WIFI signal The breakfast is very basic, but well It has an interesting game room with Metegol, pin pong open until 22h The outdoor pool is well maintained and with all the amenities It has a spa with an air-conditioned pool, to which the façade has a little temperature It has a covered bathroom The price ratio quality could be better but it is a place for a few days or passing as was our case.

Good location, good attention.

The hotel is very nice. It is located on the edge of the car racetrack that surrounds the reservoir, a fault of which the hotel is not to blame but which makes access to the room itself difficult. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is also. The breakfast room is only from 8.30 am. The dining room is old, El desayuino is no good. It is served by the staff due to the possible pandemic. One person only to attend the kitchen and serve. This one person one day of the three we were there, we missed and were served by the maid who knew nothing about how to do it. Two toasted costas, two mealunas, a mermaid and butter. The very lovely. IMPORTANTE!!!! IMPORTANTE Y LENTABLE.

A little expensive for what they offer.

The hotel is spacious and well-maintained, the rooms are very comfortable, the space is large enough for the number of guests it can accommodate, the city is very small and everything is far away, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to include a service such as snacks or drinks that you can buy at the bar and consume in the vicinity of the pool.

Very good experience.

We stayed on the terraces for three nights. Upon our arrival we were awarded a very small room, with no windows and with difficulties in the lock. The next day, unoccupied with other rooms, we were located in one that can be evaluated as correct. The breakfast limited in variety, but correct, in general. In the park and pool are appreciated with good maintenance. The biggest difficulty lies in the movement through the various sectors, as there are many levels, and slopes, without railings or support bars.

 With perfectible aspects.

The price is very good quality. The breakfast is right. It's a lot better to have an air-conditioned battery. The overall maintenance is right. It's very productive. It has a good location near everything. It's remarkable the cordiality of all its staff. All the people we've had contact with always knew how to meet our needs, advised us places to meet and where to eat. Totally recommended.

Travel for 5 days, excellent attention, Favio y staff, the best. the very good breakfast and the rooms too. strategically located to get easily to any tourist site in the area. many shops and food places nearby. sure to return.

Lack of maintenance, humidity with a drop of masonry throughout the room, little staff doing what they can with so much work, gunshots in pots, in the garden... Even the lack of respect of the owner or trustee in the face of a complaint!!!

Absolutely No Revomendable

A quiet and comfortable hotel. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Maybe the TV is a little small, but nothing serious. Very friendly all the staff at the inn, always willing and willing to help. The breakfast is fine, although I would prefer to be able to choose between toast and lunch instead of being the only option. 100% recommended.
