We booked through an online agency, the hotel was classified as 3*, but its rooms barely reach 1*, the very dirty and stained carpets, the bathroom door without picaporte, the padded with cigarette burns, the walls with moisture and uncastrated, not all rooms have a fridge bar, although the hotel website mentions it, as well as the room lacking its own safe since one had to leave it in the hotel's closet. On the other hand, the windows were very dirty, preventing us from enjoying the sea view of the room.

 Disappointing.

To be a 2-star hotel is fine, the price is within expectations, the attention is good and the place is clean.

To spend a couple of days is fine.

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Felence. We bought through Despegar.com and were charged almost $10,000 (about $150 USD). It's a totally decadent hotel. To start with, they don't have their own parking lot, the car on the street can't leave it either because the crane is passing and you take it. *Reception: we were met by a Silvana, good disposition but it didn't solve the problem we had when we got to get 2 individual beds when we bought 1 wedding. Buen hotel 

The hotel displays on its website an image of an old façade, currently without a façade, provides poor service, if the shower drain is flooded, the ceiling fan is not functioning, electrical cables loose under lighting tables are observed, the hotel manager does not attend to the complaint of the passenger, I leave it in the hands of the entrance desk employee who manages to solve the problem, such a hotel should be inspected before offering a three-star inspection and thus not disappoint its potential passengers.

The hotel didn't have what we agreed on, the ventilator was out of order so it couldn't be turned on, the air conditioning had dirty filters and the carpet was wet dog oil, the fridge bar never arrived as well as the wifi signal, it didn't matter what they charged me, they really shouldn't check the hotels that are in the options.

Decepcionated and disappointed.

San Bernardino (Avenue that has many restaurants, bars and breweries).It can be reached on foot from the omnibus terminal on Av. San Juan, which is 9 blocks away (if you walk all the way down from San Juan to the sea, that is, where the numbering is going down, you will pass a plaza, when you get to the sea it folds up and a pedestrian street is turned up) The hotel on the 4th floor, which has an excellent reception to the beach.The cream of the crop is available from 8 to 11 h.
