I stayed 2 nights ((from 15/2 to 17/2) with my husband and my son. Room 9. We just entered the room the smell of cigarettes was unbearable, still pulling out deodorant and ventilating the smell was still there. In theory you can't smoke, but people smoke the same. The mattress had resorts and was so old that they almost had to go out, the pillows were two shelves filled with bits (literally) of foam rubber squares. The unshelled walls, the bathroom door and the lavatory were not open well either and it had a terrible smell of humidity. I asked for the change of the mattress and they brought me another, there were no hundreds of destroyed travels but it was all over the resort.

Horrible is little.

We arrived at the hotel for two days only, we had booked in January, a month in advance. Upon arrival we found that the room of 3 we had ordered did not have a ceiling fan, clearly towards a hellish heat, the cleaning girl, it should be noted that very kind, offers us a small turbito.. which for 3 not enough, after making the complaint we were offered to move to another room, a room where we did not enter the 3, so we were left with the 2 rooms. (One with a ventilator and the other without) The ceiling fan has a single position, we basically died of cold all night, the times that I wanted to get out of the cool water, in the reception room of the bathroom where I was waiting for the water to come out soon, the last hour of the night, and the last hour of the night, where we did not enter the hotel, so we were left with the 2 rooms. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very friendly and has the advantage that they offer the dining room, with tableware and use of a refrigerator to eat there by shopping at the grocery store. It's simple but nice, cared for and at very affordable prices. It's well located, very close to the beach and shopping center.
