For the second year in a row that I chose my happy children, we had four days and three nights of very rich food and we hired breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was a senas show and in the afternoons lotteries and board games did not announce anything.

Very satisfied and my 3 happy children.

The hotel leaves a lot to be desired, NO RECOMMENDED. the rooms are freezing, uncluttered in the rooms and hallways.in the pool there is no dressing room, get out of the hot pool and freeze until you get to the room.In this contingent we all got sick.

Not recommended, with many flaws, no water in the living room and very cold rooms.

Very comfortable hotel and above all well served, very friendly. Very good price/quality ratio. The food is plentiful and very healthy. Varied. When we were there it was very cold, we didn't put ourselves in the pool, but it looked very nice.

Winter holidays with the family.

The horrible room, the bathroom door with a patch at the bottom, the fabric of the wall was falling, the saunas of the old can, the heating there was no room for the little hot tub, the icy halls, in the bathroom there was no ventilation but a hole near the ceiling that was ventilating, the only thing that saved the pile, and the attention of the dining room staff... the food was great... the terms of Rio hondo are beautiful but I'm going with a great disappointment as it was my first vacation....

I do not recommend it.

It's a very old hotel, the lack of maintenance, TVs of 14...yes and no more. very noisy. If you come along, the pool is good and deep, 1.80 the hondaest part, it is located 6 blocks from downtown. The staff is very friendly and clean. the sheets are changed every three days, no shampoo and no hair dryer. The airs do not work and no one can get out to the balcony, at least the door to my room was locked.

Maintenance is required.

Integrating a contingent of 11 people and mistakenly housing us in this hotel, it would be very extensive to explain all the bankruptcies it has, from bedding to the most basic things including cockroaches, all very old and unproliferated.

They say it has two stars, but the truth is that there is one and a half stars left.

The hotel is old and has very little maintenance in the rooms.The reception and dining room are nice but the rooms lack maintenance in painting, furniture, the same for the bathrooms.The pool area is not marked so it is a complete achievement to be able to find it.In its time it must have been a very beautiful hotel, I think that by giving it a face wash it would make a good hotel.

An old hotel, lacking maintenance.

This hotel seems to have been built by high school students. There are rooms with holes that communicate with the adjacent room and listen to everything they say. The food made several people sick, including me, so I ate in restaurants to avoid getting sick again. This hotel is not prepared for solo travelers. My window faced a wall and you could see the kitchen window, where they had a tray with food chilling, full of flies and pigeons nesting on top (I take pictures).

Bad food, dirty housing, or cloaca.

The hotel is well located and with facilities in good condition. - The rooms with summertime and thermal water in the rooms. - The pool and the Solarium well. - According to the city, the hotel maintains the typical structure of the place.
