I stayed at the hotel with two other people. The room we stayed in had a huge living room, bathroom was ok too, three bedrooms and a good sized kitchen (equipped with a big fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes, a sink, etc.). It helped us a lot to save money on food since we could buy, eat comfortably and store the left overs to heat them up later. 
The hotel is simple but comfortable, and the staff was nice and helpful. I chose it because of its location: close to the main street, supermarkets, etc. (something relevant considering Ushuaia has very steep streets). The living room had a nice view of the mountains, but the city is a mess when it comes to electric wires always getting in the way of your view. 
The breakfast was ok too. It didn't have fruits but it offered many different options and the croissants were always very good.
I had internet from my bedroom.

VERY comfortable and good price!

We stayed here during 3 nights and we were very pleasantly surprised with the very, very spacious apartment. We had a living room, a dining room (were I had a very good wifi connection), a kitchen (too bad there was only a microwave and nothing else), three bedrooms, two nice bathrooms and three toilets in total. We were very at home here.
Breakfast was Argentinian, of course, but nontheless quite good.
The only major problem with Part Hotel Tierra del Fuego is its location. It's a 20 minute walk from the start of the center of the city, which is not fun when the weather is the way it was when we were there. And since it's Ushuaia, it's never going to be fine the entire day, so do take into account that when it's cold and rainy, you have to walk quite a distance before arriving in your nice and warm appartment. However, if you can handle the walk, this place is worth the stay.

Nice apartment, bad location

We spent two nights here whilst in Ushuaia. A nice surprise as we were part of a group and hadn't expected a whole apartment! Lots of space to eat, a kitchenette ,lounge and spare beds! Basic but fine and good views from the top floor rooms facing town. Staff were nice. Not so keen on the breakfast, little choice, but that was less important as room good. 15 mins walk from town and plenty restaurants. We liked Ushuaia a lot and this hotel was a good choice.

Really nice apartments

We stayed in this Apart hotel for 4 days with my husband and daughter.  Although it´s not in downtown, you can get there walking for 10 minutes, or go by car in 3 minutes. 
They gave us a 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms, much more than what we needed. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The heating was more than perfect. It also has a parking for the car we rented. 
Wifi was bad, but later we discovered it´s bad in all of Ushuaia.
Breakfast is also lousy, we actually bought some products at the supermarket and made our own breakfast )they have no fruit, no cheese or ham, only bread, butter and jam).
Overall, I think it´s a very good option considering the price. We would go there again for sure!

Very comfortable, we had a great time

We stayed there for 3 nights as part of a tour. Before we arrived and also on their website, they stated they have kitchen. We found out there were only a sink, fridge, toast and microwave in the kitchen. How can a kitchen not have a stove?!?!?!

The compound has two "wings". There were only two apartments on each floor, seems pretty stupid there were only 2 on each floor. Our apartment was on third floor.

It is 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket, 20 minutes from town centre, and even further if you want to go to where most of the restaurants were.

Remember this is Ushuaia, the end of the world. It rains pretty much everyday, and is extremely windy, night time temperature is around 10 degrees. We either pay 10 Pesos (or more if when we get ripped off) or walk half an hour in freeze cold windy and rain, then walk another 3 floors many times a day. This is because Ushuaia shops close for siesta so there's nowhere to go in the afternoon.

Internet was pretty unreliable as well. There's only wifi at the reception, not in the rooms.
